Removing wear ring with prop in?

Who uses a freezer??? I dont have time for that..... Can have a wear ring out in no time......With the prop in too!!!!

45 minutes in the freezer worked great. Old ring out, new ring in.....with prop in.

unless the prop needs to come out for something else, I always leave them in whilst changing wear rings

I do the 45mins - 1hr in the freezer and it just slides out with the impeller in. I usually have something else I can be working on while waiting. Works for me.
