Using the 1200r throttle lever, rxt cable and 4tec throttle body. I can't get the throttle to pull over 76% on my candoo. If you manually move at the TB I can get it to go to 98%...how have you guys handled this?

Make sure you are not going passed 90deg on the throttle blade.. Candoo reads the TPS in % but it is actually deg and should never go more then 90 total. Most are in the 83 deg range because when you reset the TPS the ECU stores the idle blade angle typical is 7deg so at wot 7+83 = 90..
