    2014 GTX IS 260 Suspension

Hi all, my buddy picked up a GTX 260 when I got my TX and I'm trying to help him adjust the suspension in the settings. I'm following the instructions in the manual and I get to where the screen is showing "press the up or down buttons" I'm doing this but nothing is happening. The ski is locked all the way down it seems since the day he got it, anyone have any experience with something like this?

I'm told that there's a strap that holds the suspension down during freighting when new, which is removed by the dealer as part of the pre delivery to the customer. Your buddy wouldn't be the first to not have had that strap removed.

Perhaps those with more knowledge on this could advise?

It can be "locked" for shipping purposes even if the security cable is removed.

A dealer has to do it with BUDS

Bringing it back to the dealer tomorrow, most likely it was never activated to begin with. Thanks for the feedback!

We had 2 come in from another dealer for their first service and I noticed that the suspension was "locked" in BUDS. I called the customer to ask what she thought of her skis?? She said, well they are faster than the old ones but but they didnt handle much different...

I told her what I had found and told her to "try" them again and let me know what she thought.....

Thats what you get for dealing with the "other" guys here in Atlanta. Here Mr Dealer, take my $35,000 for 2 GTX iS LTD's and a double trailer but we will do an absolute SHIT job prepping them!!!! I would be REALLY pissed off!!!!!
