SBT 1050 ignition upgrade. I have a few extra wires?
So I'm finally getting around to finishing up a 1999 SLX 1050 project I started a long time ago. I picked up my ignition upgrade kit from SBT. Im swapping the cdi. I did every wire 1 by one and matched all colors. I ended up with one grey wire with a terminal plug on it. Does this go to the tan spade on the board? I also have a black wire with an eyelet connector attached to it. Should I ground this? If so what is the best location? Those 2 wires are coming out of the new cdi. I also have 1 extra black wire with a female factory connector on it. What do I do with this? HELP PLEASE!

yes the grey goes to the brown on the terminal board and the black goes to the allen screw on the board with all the other grounds and just tape up or snip off the extra black coming into the box

So I put the black with the eyelet connector to the alen screw on the ground bus and the grey to the brown terminal board. I removed the old ground that used to go to the battery negative. I'm still left with one black wire. This wire is in the harness that comes out of the electrical box and connects to the stator harness and seems to be the ground feed out of the stator to the ground bus. Should I cut the old bullet connector off and put a spade on it and connect it to the ground bus?

it should have an eyelet on it and go with all the other grounds on the ground stud
