    Cool My Trailer Build...

    Guys,
So I got rid of my double trailer (riding partner moved) and got a single just for the 300x. I got a pretty good deal on a leftover 2013 LXT Triton trailer so with the decent amount of money i saved I wanted to make an almost "factory matching" looking trailer...almost as if Kawasaki offered one with the ski new.

    Here is my mod list:

    1) Ordered 12 inch aluminum trailer wheels/tires and triton chrome lug nuts (upsized to load range E st145r12 as he 4.8 x12 load C were underrated IMO)
    2) Had local paint shop spray satin black wheel paint on the rims and all galvanized brackets, 3 coats of satin clear
    3) Recarpeted the bunks with overtons's black premium carpet and stainless staples
    4) Used VHT Nightshades paint and smoked out all the lenses on the taillights and markers
    5) Painted the plastic trailer fenders black (they were gray)
    6) Converted all lights on trailer to LED, superbrightled.com
    7) Lastly, ordered factory Kawasaki decal kit and applied to trailer after buffing/polishing all the aluminum and removing all the "safety/warning" stickers on the trailer

Overall, thought it was a cool little project and came out nice...just some ideas for those trying to do some trailer improvements (functional and aesthetic)

looks good. Nice job. Wish i could find a Triton trailer down here in Miami but havent yet. My other plan was to grab a double trailer, bunks on one side and diamond plate flooring on the other so i can mount tool boxes to store race gear and etc..
