    Riva FZS Rear Exhaust Kit Tips......

    I'm planning to do the Rear Exhaust on my FZS Svho any tricks or tips any Suggestions.......

    Yep! Best advice. Make sure the template looks correct. If you have ANY doubt, stop and make a phone call or shoot an email to Riva. Take your time, think about what you're doing (make sure all looks correct) & it will turn out good!

    Make sure you do a leak test on it and first time you have it in the water bring a flashlight and be sure to check for leaks and check again after making some runs.

    This is really good advice on the exhaust. I used two hose clamps on my ff exhaust which keeps it from vibrating/ moving out of place on both the waterbox end and the exit end.

    How did you guys manage to get the hose clamp on the actual billet exit part. Its not easy squeezing all the way down there !

    Pull off the rear seat, grab handle, and metal seat piece. You'll have WAY more room to work back there. The metal piece uses Torx bolts, but a pair of vice grips can get them off.
