    NEW HULL

OK SO MY NEW HULL FINALLY ARRIVED .
HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE A DEALER TO STRIP MY SKI APART AND PUT IT IN THE NEW HULL ?
AND WHAT SHOULD I CHECK AFTER HES DONE ?
ID HATE TO TEST RIDE AND IT SINK.

A lot lower likelyhood of sinking completely like 4tec's if seal isn't right etc.

But an obvious "check if its taking on water test" is one you should do. Maybe push it of trailer, let it sit tied up for 10 min, then put on trailer and see if it drops much water out... If non, go for a ride.

Check obviously steering works first, check throttle works etc.

    Cool. The obvious was obvious.lol..
I was thinking more what's not obvious.
You must have pulled a few apart by now ?
How long do you reckon it should take?

A hull swap is doable in 8hrs with a little assistance

I would say the most important thing is drive shaft alignment but its nothing you can check anyway.
    Without the alignment tool.

Hey it sounds obvious but I've seen 2 dealer serviced sparks with no steering connected in the front

Its not really warranty its been replaced because it came with complimentary FACTORY SCRATCHES. As has all the 2015 he's sold so far.
The only reason i am helping is because I like to learn.
The mechanic (dealer) who is actually a good friend is pretty good we got it all done today . except the top deck . we gonna check it all tomorrow again before the top deck goes on.
Not really much to it. Main thing was aligning the shaft as xdrian said. I just stood back and let him do that. Beer in hand .lol.
I imagine it would be a lot longer on a conventional ski.
