Has anyone used one of these on their ski?

Anyone ever used one of these in conjunction with their battery maintainer? I just ordered 3 of these for our skis. Appears to be much more convenient than climbing up on the trailer and removing seats and rear buckets. Just plug in and go.

I saw those a few years back...somebody posted it here once. I thought about doing it, then got lazy.

Let me know how they work out.

I installed the 12V accessory port on my ski in the glovebox, so in turn I just use the battery tender to cigarette lighter adapter and charge through it. Works great and serves a dual purpose

Nor do I but a battery maintainer is not solely for drain issues. Its to keep the battery in good health.

I like it other than the internal connector. I have had issues with salt water getting on the quick connect plugs that they use and draining the battery through corrosion just like battery terminals

Got them installed on all 3 skis. Install was a breeze. All I need now is 12 stainless screws and they are finished. This is SOOOOOO much nicer than climbing on the trailer, taking off the seats, taking out storage buckets, yada, yada, yada.
