    VTECH Issue

Was curious if anyone has any advice on this so I do not have to start calling at 1am and every 15 minutes after until I get in touch with someone. I ordered the maptuner and license a couple weeks ago and created an account with my name, password, etc.

The problem I am having now is that the map tuner gives me an error when trying to install updates on my new user account which I recieved my password and put in my license number. It states cannot get information for your maptuner ensure you are using the correct....

however i I logged in with my other name and password which I did not use the license code with and I was able to update and got to the next screen showing the tunes however of course there are no credits. Any ideas on this fellas?

Sounds like you did a bad request. Either no request or partial request or bad battery.

    Looking into it

Thanks to Michel I was able to finally flash the ski. He responded a couple times via email and quickly worked to resolve the issue which was due to serial numbers not matching.

    Thanks again VTECH!!
