Tuning Yamaha with V-Tech issues and errors

I just got my latest 1.1HW map tuner from Vtech installed it on a customers 2009 fzr to do a remap when i down load the new file to my map tuner it comes up saying writing stage 1 but then stalls and shows a error of "possible problem maptuner error. file checksum error.
    Anyone else had this?
If so how have you solved the problem?

You got a reply by mail but all you need to to is connect maptuner to pc, then press update, see the new files download and then go back to ski and flash it again.
