2008 rxpx hard start and grinding.

Posted a thread earlier, rxpx 81 hours wouldn't start. Found the front cylinder to have good compression middle to have 30psi less and back to have no compression. Took the motor apart, Pistons head excetra all looked good. Replaced the head gasket and ski fired right up. Took it to the water to water test and hard start/slow cranking started again. Replaced the battery, starter and starter selinoid and still doing the same thing. Sometimes kicks over but when running has a grinding metal noise coming from the rear of the motor. Any idea what could be causing the grinding and the slow cranking?

Your supercharger bearings any good? That can even lockup the motor when it fails / siezes

yep supercharger was taken off and checked and is good to go

Did you check the pump when it was out?

motor just pulled next step is to check the pump and back of engine as well as the shaft
