RXP 2004 Washers cleaned out thread more pictures
RXP 2004 Washers cleaned out continued more pictures part 2
So My questions 1 are where/what website to get all the seals I will need to put this back together?
That will be 1st set of pictures.
2 I found a piece that looks to be like a guard/guide of some kind for one of the gears that is permanently attached to the motor. I would like to know what this piece is called and how to repair it if you think it needs repairing please advise? This is the 2nd set of pictures.......

3 The oil pumps which I labeled 1 and 2 look pretty bad well one of them looks bad the other looks okay. So I would like to know if these pieces (in my pictures that are damaged) can be machined down or should they be replaced? If replaced then where/what website do you recommend that I these from? Also is there a way I can get just those damaged pieces or do I have to buy the whole pump please advise? This will be the 3rd set of pictures.....

4 Many of you on here have stated 2 things to (recommended to be replaced) 1 was the valves and the 2nd was the flywheel bolts. Please give me more input/insight on these two items as they looked fine and in good condition on the ski? If they do indeed need to be replaced please recommend what website/where to buy/get them from?
Thanks for your help and understanding of my many questions and inquiries in advance. I am not too good on these forums or computers for that matter. But as you can see from my pictures me (& my mechanic friend) did a great job at cleaning out the washers, needle bearings, and disassembling the motor & ski pieces.
Also on another note if you guys know or think of anything we missed that needs to be checked or replaced on my ski please let me know thanks again.
This is 2004 RXP with 285.1 hours on it that had a washer failure on it so you know what was the cause......
Last SETS of pictures will be the ceramic washer pieces and whatever else I can fit on here.....

the valves on the older motors are not the same material as the newer valves
the old flywheel bolts are made of SS and the new bolts are hardened steel
here on this forum has a performance store at the top of this page has many of the parts you need like bolts, valves, gaskets
oil pump parts will be oem and at the top of this forum under OE replacement parts
is a parts list for your model
