ECU tuner?
It seems like the trusty Riva tuner everyone uses isn't forsale anymore. Riva offers the EJK. Is it worth finding an old Riva one or use the new EJK? Or R&D one? Or?
PS, I've noticed the EJK is $250 direct, or $400 from Riva

I would help you with an answer, but I have never used an EJK, R&D, or new style Riva. They look identical except for branding, so I wouldn't be surprised if EJK made them for Riva and R&D...not sure on this though. Looking through the instructions and what they can do, it looks like it will get the job done as well if not better than the old style controller. That being said, it looks like there is more adjustability with the crossovers, but may be a bit more confusing to set up properly. If it adds enough fuel, lasts well, and can be figured out, I don't see why it wouldn't work. I hear they can be reprogrammed to add even more fuel if needed and Carl at Island Racing once told me they add a little more fuel than the Riva in total out of the box. As I've said, I've only used the old style Riva and when I wanted another for the 2006 ski, I bought a used one because new was not available. I already had experience with the old Riva style and I just didn't want to relearn a new system is the only reason why I bought the old style used.

Rather than guessing, connect a voltmeter the next time you go riding....
