Help reading the spark plugs

These are my plugs in order cyl. nº 1 to the left and nº 4 to the right. Maybe someone can help me reading the plugs, are they ok or im running a tad lean??

1-2-4 look good with that tan color, 3 is a little lean.

What year ski is this? Running the ETLB with an R3 can be right on the edge at times. Most are fine, BUT... Also depends if you have a newer or older flashed ecu, newer is a lil richer. If you have a 2008-2010, I have a R&D Powershot sitting here - I can sell you for cheap.

why my friend?
a good afr meter is 200$ rebuild an engine is 10x200$....
please install afr meter and check your value.
maybe today is ok...
but tomorrow... with a different impeller... or with a different intercooler could disaster happen

Agreed! Someone I know with a B1 wheel has regulator and always has to make adjustments. Not having regulator and gauge is asking for trouble when adding a flash and wheel along with other mods.

I flashed the ecu in 2013 and told the R&D guys that i was going to use an ETLBW so i think tey made it a little richer for that wheel. Im installing an A/F gauge and regulator soon.

Wich A/F numbers do you recommend with this motor??
