Replacing stator coil question
I'm in the process of replacing a stator/pickup coil on a 2011 FX SHO. Where I'm stuck is removing the intermediate housing from the partition it bolts to. It looks like there are two choices: move the engine forward or move the partition back. Moving the partition back would be the easiest if it wasn't glued to the inside of the hull. Tried a hot air gun on the glue without success. Since the partition is plastic, I hate to get too carried away trying to free it from the hull.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
