    Broken Motor Mounts?

Wondering if anyone has been breaking the motor mounts on the SHO/SVHO's?

I do most all of my riding in the big stuff. And am wondering if going with some Rhass/rec poly is a good preventative mod - Or will be just more of a vibration PITA

Poly mounts will transfer vibrations out of the hull that you never knew were possible. Not only that, higher vibration will magically begin to loosen fasteners all over your ski. Stick with OE clevite style mounts. Poly mounts would be good for hydrodrags.

Never even thought about the fasteners being an issue, thats a great point. Don't think I would want to get into safety wiring things on the ski, I have to do it on my truck for high speed offroading and its not fun.

i just bought some RHAAS rec ones, will update when the ski is finally back together.

i had a torn one so figured with the more power it will make it should be upgraded. I will also be reinforcing the hull mount as it will now transfer stress to them.

    Thanks Big!

My impulsive side already grabbed a set, so I got em sitting here. But was recently advised against running them on a Rec ski. I did buy the "Rec" poly, and am just looking to keep things intact in da waves - Just don't wanna end up with a crazy vibrating pos. I do appreciate the input guys & please keep us posted once she's up n running, Big..
