    300x wont go past 68mph

    Hi! Got a stock 2011 300x with only scom. But wont go past 68mph? (63 before scom) GPS

    My rideplate + intake is new (stock) but my pumpshoe(bracket) is very corroded, could this draw the speed down? How hard is it to change the pumpshoe? (Looks impossible)

    Got new exhaustfilter and my ic is cleaned!

    Found the procedure in the servicemanual, looks like a big job but maybe worth it?

    First how many rpms you spinning @68 mph are you over 7600 ,what's your boost gauge indication 15 -16 lbs?

    Thx for the answers, ye previous owner have had it alot in the sea...... Soon 100h. Dave: trying to Watch my videos from what i can see About 7940 max rpm and the boost gauge is maybe one from top? see pic pls

    Any other corrosion issues in the engine bay? The SC Pulley / Tensioner is likely heavily corroded as well. JB

    Inside the hull the engine looks really well, havent check the belt and tensioner but will do. And the pumpassembly is new exept for the impeller

    That's a ugly shoe

    Your Rpm seem fine, but your speed is slow for the rpm, you should be over 70 at 7940rpm
    If your pump shoe is as bad as it look on the pics, i think you have a good part of your answer.
    it will take alot of elbow grease to bring that pump show back to a descent condition.

    I hope for you that the engine bay and engine itself has been look after better then the pump area
    If salt water as been left in the waterbox all summer,the moisture could have made it way to the engine.
    Also inspect the intecooler inside fins, the same salt water as been sitting in it, it could have corrode it.

    Thx brisyl, but shouldnt the boost bar be 1more? Inside it
    looks good, we only have brackish water here but
    alot of "shells" that eat on the metal (think thats what happen here + corrosion)

    do u think i can make it look good with some work, because a new one here
    in Swe is about 600$
