Man this is going to be a good sneeky one for the stock class guys.
That will be great in regional races! World and maybe Nationals, will require a gauge or governed bov that can be ordered through IJSBA. They already thought of that one.

Ya I heard, Patrick Mell called asking about the Innovative Kit Im rung. Says they are thinking of doing random installs to get boost levels. That happened just after he dropped the Expert Open Bomb on me.

Thinking about the guys that dont come here. Could theirs be leaking at lower PSI. If you set yours to ensure your getting the total amount of stock boost, you might get the advantage over someone who does not realize they arnt getting full boost due to leaking. Believe me when I say I wanna see you win out there.

I would think there would be a loop hole here. The rules only state that the boost can be within 10% of stock. Well if we are not replacing the bov, then technically we are only maximizing the stock part. Thus it should be legal.

Exactly, and more to the point. If Kawi says our ski makes XX boost, then that it what it should make.

ImportRacer blocked the entire valve and he get barely over 11 psi. With 10% over on stock is 12.54 psi, you can seal the valve and stay within the legal boost limit. The bleeder valve is there for safety factor and under the 250X design of bleeding air at 12.18 psi, it should never be a factor if the valve is operating as designed since no valve only yields 11.x psi.
