Great job davef just took one of mine apart, I put two allen set screws on the cap to remove and adjust easly will do some testing on it maybe today on a stock Ultra ! will try to get settings on it . might make up a tool for everybody to adjust them self .

I never wanted to take it apart because of the price of the OEM part

This is the stuff that makes this a Great site for performance mods !

RRated - I was not smart enoigh to check the BOV price before I took it apart!

Thanks to Creativepuzzle for the manual reference to 12.18 psi. I will set mine at 12.2. I do not have a manual and was guessing 11.5 to 12 would work.

Clock Wise and put it back together using a small amount of some silicone based glue. Waiting on the guys to post what looks closes to stock.

Man this is going to be a good sneeky one for the stock class guys.

I think the "GLUE" stuff that is in there is really KA92104-1003. It is Kawasaki Gasket-Liquid, BLACK.

That is my guess. Actual Kawi part number AND black.

    Hope this helps.
