Rxpx or 3 seater?

Hi guys,
i am completely stumped, I am purchasing first ski and I am suck between the rxpx and a 3 seater.
I would be doing water skiing about 30% of the time. In New Zealand you need a minimum of 3 to ski, driver, spotter and skier. But most of the time I will be using it to hoon around on! My question is on the rxpx 2012 model can you get 3 on there occasionally? Or is it to tight? By the looks of it they are longer than the 3 seater sparks which makes me think it's possible?

it has been a while since i was in NZ but i beleive the law states that there must be seating for three or more for you to ski

So technically you would be braking the law if your craft said on its capacity plate that max people was two.
regardless of your ability to fit three

Problem is, the law does NOT say you have to have a 3 seater only that you need 3 people to ski. So that's why I am confused.

hmmmm, they may have changed the wording on the law

But i would er on the side of caution as the max capacity of the RXPX is 2 people / xxxkg (which ever you hit first) i believe
So even though you are doing shit safely the water police could get you for being over capacity

to to be honest the wakes don't do it for me. I will most likely go with an older rxtx and they seem to offer a bit of everything. I was hoping the rxpx would work our tho!
