Exactly. I will be getting a CMD system, but until then i can just wrap it up and make sure it can't ground out on anything.

I wouldn't think it would effect anything but wanted to ask the question anyway.

Guys, this is AWESOME, I just wish I knew about it 2 weeks ago when I was replacing my sensor for $150!!!

But hey, 2 of my skis' are the 2 wire setup (2002 XP)... how do I use this? I'm told the 2 and 3 wires are the same, just the 3rd wire carries lake temp (which the XP does not have)

Are you going to sell a 2 wire version?! (PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE)?!

    thanks!

If you send me one free I'll test it out for you

The pulse output for CMD is just a bare wire cut at the end. You just need to make sure it doesn't ground out on anything if you are not using it, just tape it out of the way.

Thank you for the clarification. Can't wait for my order!!!!

We ordered a lot of the 2-wire connectors for the earlier models and have them in stock right now. We will make the 2 wire version available next week, just wanted to get the most common 3-wire version out first.

We will post when we get them ready next week.

There is also an earlier version that is still 2 wire, but uses the 3 wire connector, used on some 96 models. I will wait until someone asks for this version before releasing it for sale.

Ok, so the two wire one will fit my 2000 and 2002 XP? Thanks.

Also, if you can post the install instructions... I like to read that stuff before I buy.

    thanks.

Interested in this solution. Would like to see the install and calibration instructions as well.
