I slept in until 11 a.m. today. Never had such a great sleep.

After Thanksgiving dinner? Nah, I really ate a lot of turkey, and my bed was just too cozy to get up. My mother woke me up at 9, but I just went right back to sleep.

Black Friday is the "holiday" of the day after Thanksgiving. Stores usually open up anywhere from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m. in the morning, and have only a few hour sales. It's the craziest shopping day of the year, period.

Yes! I was one of the idiots out there.......camped out at Best Buy from 8:30 p.m. Thanksgiving until they passed out vouchers and opened the doors at 4:30 a.m. Friday. Got some great deals but don't know that I would do it again. Rocket, when you were waking up, I was going to bed.
Only problem, today wound up being a great day to be on the water, the river and ocean were like "glass" and I had to come home and go to sleep.
Oh well, still 2 days left of the long weekend, there is always tomarrow!!

Ditto; I did the same thing. Up all night trying to secure my place in line. It got really damp and wet around 3 am. Crowd was noisey, couldn't get any shut eye if I tried. Got some "bargains"...now I'll be mailing out rebate forms until the cows come home. Fun, Fun, fun. Must be crazy !!
Christmas...humbug !
