    i will replace the plugs and check compession

    if they look good than i will re-visit the prop

    Yes I'm putting my bets on the prop.

    Like I said above, I had the same thing with mine. Also make sure the pump is fully sealed.

    this ski now does 70+ we made one minor change ................
    the dealer took it in trade on a new purchase of an Ultra 310

    that just the best way to fix these problems
