Too freaking much!
Here in Beaumont Texas, 20 minutes from some of the largest refineries in the world, I pay $2.69 for 93%. It will probably be $2.79 by this afternoon.

North of St. Louis MO. It changes so much and so often it hard to keep track from day to day. At one station today its $2.33 but across the street its $2.52 both for regular unleaded. It is normal practice to jump 25-30 cents overnight when oil goes up, but take 3 weeks to go back down when the price of oil falls. Ya think we're getting the shaft?
Im not for goverment regulation on anything else but something should be done about gouging people on something they cant do without. At least in my part of the country they cant do without it.
Everyone deserves to make a profit and the free market usually dictates how much the consumer is willing to spend but this is one situation where we cant just quit buying.
