do i need a RRFPR with this mods?
intake upgrade
b1 wheel
free flow
svho cooler
?????????
and will I need it after the R3 flash????
I have plans to run a 13/25 skat.

I did not need a RRFPR when I was running a B1. My AFR's were right-on, but your results may vary. Get an AFR gauge and see how the AFRs are without one and go from there. 13/25 is way too much pitch for that setup. You would need something more like a 13/22, maybe 13/21. I was running a 13/22 with mine and only turning something like 8300RPM IIRC.

From everything I've read, no. A lot of people even get away with an ETLB and R3 with no regulator, but it's always best to check AFR with a wideband.

that is exactly what i am saying.i had the same setup and afr always stayed rich enough not to have to worry about it.

thanks for the info, I have plans to test on Saturday using the 13/25 skat , I know its a bit bigger but I will used for now as I try, as soon I get my R3 back then I will check rpms and adjust pitch from there.
what rpms should I be looking using the R3? or what is the ideal rpms.?

No you shouldn't need a FPR with a B1 and an R3. That 13/25 is going to be too much prop for your setup. On my ET LB/R3 setup that makes more boost than your B1 I had great results running a 15/23 Skat with an 84mm nozzle... I would bend that Skat to a 13/22 and see where you are.
