Connecting ski rope for wakeboarding?
So I went to connect the wakeboard handle for the first time and realized I have a ring.
How do people connect ski ropes and tubes?
1) I saw some Y like setups that use the transom rings but then those seem like they would put the bottom of the Y right in the jet thrust.
2) I looked at some stainless steel carbiners on amazon. Found some with 500-2000 lb ratings. But really only one side of those does the work. I also see screw lock carbiners. I could also do a D anchor shackle.

Just purchase a quick connect to use on the ring.

Don't use stainless steel on your tow loop it will wear it down. I use aluminum carbiners, they'll wear before your loop will.
