Thanks guys! I really enjoyed that day, water is great here on long island in spring only, then it turns to murky muck.
Looking to get this build to the 90MPH club,. many Vi-Pec tuning sessions to come. Hope this summer I can ride more often and dial it in each time.
Next steps, data log with LC-1 and send the map over to Riva, also will ask for a 9k RPM limiter, currently set at 8600. Also thinking about Jerrys' LP Cone.
All other suggestions welcome as always.

I would tell you from experience learning to tune the Vi-PEC is way easier than sending the map back and forth. It does not take long to learn the software at all as it's so user friendly.

I see your point, i was browsing through all the menus and features for hours after i got it, but i am not too comfortable with actual changes to map just yet. I wish there were you tube instructional videos out there or an online course or something to build my confidence.

Totally understand. I was in that boat a few months ago. What I did was I just play around in the software and see how everything works. Most of the basic stuff like changing the limiter and tuning AFR is pretty basic on the Vi-PEC. I would definitely read the thread about mixture maps in the ECU section as this is the easiest way to tune AFR.
