Ultra 250/260/300 Update for Ultra 310 Exhaust Filter Retaining pin by Nicjak

Well talk about easy fix took all of about 15min. Remove seats and base, remove and lower bypass valve and catchcan. Place rag in to catch shards. Drill upto 11.5mm, tap thread too 1/4" BSPT 19tpi. Insert pin and tighten




All done no more jammed filter worries.

Where did you get the stop pin? is it the OEM part for the 300 or did you find it elsewhere?

No. Kawasaki added these starting in 2011 with the 300 series.
