The ones I have done I used layout die and a endmill plunging enough to mark it moving around til I had the even distance around the radius. Lock the table down drill and tap.

all I can say is you better get the threads perfect...otherwise they will strip and your sensor will pop out. In retrospect I would've had a machine shop do mine. Heli coil replace kit is $100 bucks.

Had my local machine shop do mine $50. Just gave them a copy of the instructions from R#@a. I have these guys do all my little bits and pieces. Awesome when you have got guys that wil dol little one offs and will do as they are asked and the jobs perfect.
Check R@#as instruction library for the measurements.
