How long do pump bearings last
I don't remember ever hearing anything about pump bearings. How long till it's a good idea to replace them?

Usually till a seal breaks and water gets to them.

+1. If no water gets in, I have taken apart pumps with 450+ hours and look new where as I have seen pumps that were "serviced" hours before trashed when the mechanic pinched an o-ring or forgot to tighten the bolts holding the cover on.
Kind of like superchargers-- I have seen stockers last 150+ hours with ceramics for it to be rebuilt by buba and the bearings to fail 5 hours later or the nut on the end to come off and take out everything on the back side of the motor.
