Gti 130 motor in a Rxt Hull
Whats up everyone. I have a 2011 GTi 130 with a unrepairable wrecked hull and I found a 2008 RXT hull that I wanted to swap the 130 motor into. What all is involved in the swap? Parts wise? Should I just hold of until I find a gti hull. Any help is highly appreciated.

if you leave it 130 horse power so it will be ok
if you want it to be 215 then 215 engine has diferent pistons, flywheel, pto cover and i think camshaft

I just mean the swap in general. I don't care about the 130 or 215 horses. I just want to know if the 130 motor in my factory gti 130 will fit and bolt righ up into the rxt hull. motor, gauges, jet pump, etc.

Wire harness will be a little different. You should be able to make it work though, as it will only affect the battery location. Also I believe the carbon seal unit is slightly larger on the rxt.

Okay so just for the record. the rxt hull is completely gutted. All of the gti's parts are going into the rxt hull. I wont be using any rxt parts. Main concern was, will all the gti's parts go into another model ski "RXT" without having to buy too many extra parts. Everything from my stock gti 130 will be transferred to a gutted rxt hull

Yes, you should be fine. Only issue could be the size of the plastic thru hull fitting that the driveshaft accordion boot attaches to the hull.
