HELP with 99 Genesis 1200
I bought a 1999 Polaris Genesis 1200, it has no coil and I'm not sure what all goes in the box where the coil and cdi box is, any pictures and or help would be great. Also what wires are to be plugged into what wires in this box, they have all the wires already connected to one another so there is no where to plug in the wires from the coil. Yes I am new to the jet ski world and need lots of help. Thanks

Which engine type do you have? Carburetor or FFI fuel injected?

I think the 1999 Genesis has two electrical boxes. One in the engine area and another up front, below the steering.
It may be hiding behind the forward bulkhead cover. Remove the front storage bucket, you should see a panel cover with screws.
Post up some clear photos of the insides of your rear electrical box. We should be able to figure out what is what.

Ok. I found 4 wires that were not hooked up, I assuming they go to the coil, not sure if anything else is missing. Not sure how to post pictures. Can I email them to you.

Yes, the coil is definitely missing and those 4 wires with bullet style connecters do go to the coil.
Pm sent with link.
List price for this coil is $153 and no longer available from Polaris.
I'm not familiar with the Genesis elect box so I don't know what else may be needed.
