Always busy working Billy you know that
I've run it on the hose a lot, done some fine tuning. Have some time set aside tomorrow afternoon to ride and put some break in hours on the new motor.

Well, I had some issues with the CP pistons expanding too much and seizing in the bores. This was even with .004 clearance. From what I understand, this is an issue when using the Darton sleeves with the CP pistons. You have to run more clearance than you normally would.... .005 to .006 would have done the trick.

Regardless, I felt the need to step it up a bit and order some custom pistons from Diamond. These are 9.5:1 compression pistons with ceramic coated tops and moly coated skirts. They are some very nice hardware. I will be running them at .0055 clearance per Diamond's recommendation.

Just had my Injector Dynamics 1300cc injectors cleaned and flowed. Seems we can't rely on the fuel filter in the fuel pump as I got trash in one injector and clogged it. I will now be running a Fuellabs billet 5 micron in line fuel filter just before the fuel rail.

Ski will be on the water to fine tuning this weekend
