Torx racing ECU -Warning Please read
Torx racing are the most unprofesional business that i have ever dealt with. Back in September I ordered a new ecm from Jay at Torx. Initially he was helpful and then he got my money...........
No response to emails. Some emails that were eventually answered were asking me the same questions time and time again. Eventually received the first ecm - wrong flash !!!! Sent it back from UK to US at my expense and waited, waited and waited. Have just received the second ecm and it has been flashed wrong again (i think it has GTX flash not GTI130) . Can any one on here help in flashing this ecm with the correct program for a 2010 GTI130 or advise on the equipment i would need to do it? I will not be dealing with this Joker again.
I have advertised my one here - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Seadoo-Tor...318a0#ht_0wt_0
Thanks in advance.
Pete.

Since your half way there in the UK, why not send it to Sea-Doo Centre in Australia and let LEs Cooke do it...I am very happy with my LC flashed ECU....

Sorry you had to find out about Torx the hard way. Just PM Jerry (Greehulk), he will go out of his way to help you get the right flash for your machine and mod level, best customer service in the world (no BS).

Thanks guys for your help. I am from the UK but currently in the Gambia, west africa. Its a great place to have one of these machines when its working. I am only after a standard GTI130 flash, this is what torx should have supplied. How do I get hold of Jerry? By the way the reason i need a new ecu, is that I fried it when earthing a plug near it to test for a spark
. Expensive mistake that my wife wont forgive me for!

not good to hear as he has my ECU right now for a reflash. I was supposed to have it back early last week but still don't.
word has it though, he's trying to get out of the business.

I know 3 racers personally that have filed complaints against him via paypal and the state of FL.
Ask Slow91 about his experience.
