If this run was done in Sweden..... it rarely breaks 30 degree's this time of year over there

Hitting a patch of ice is probably what made it go so fast

very nice. this is definitely the first s3 that goes that speed with no reliefs, and r&d grate. just to back that speed up, and put any doubts to rest they should make another video running one way then turn around and run the other way just to rule out current. if theres no current the speeds should be similar. nice clean pull though regardless of speed. congrats

Not a big deal to me to see it go both ways. Its a great video with proof and gagets. I just wonder temps. But it is moving for a S3.

Absolutely needs to go in opposite directions, if there a a 5 mph current then it's gonna go faster going with the current and slower against it. And yea it's pretty cold In Sweden right now.........

Looks like at the end of the run, possibly when he lifted the ski stuffed a little. I have never seen a S3 hull run almost 87 MPH and not stuff without some type of tunnel pressure system. Regardless, very impressive! Would love to see both the engine mods and grate, prop parts listing. Air and water temp would also be useful. Congratulations! Nice work.
Checkout the G meter when it stuffs at let off.

I could be wrong but due to the north west direction he was going probably going up current.

What do you guys want 3 gps in plain veiw, full tech inspection?

Who cares if it -30 out the seats off and the driver has gas. Still a nice video and nice speed!

You guys want the Guinness Book People to verify? Hes not going for a world record just showing what they did!

Dam nice build, video, and speeds!! Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing the video!! I like the G meter!!

Very impressive and I know it took a lot of hard work to get to this level!

That was definitely a stuff at 0:54. My ski does this 83.7 to 84.3 mph repeatedly, depending on fuel load and trim setting and is why I will install PRV's in a few weeks.

That stuff was fairly mild but I have had it damn near throw me off even when anticipating it. I hope you guys are wearing appropriate safety gear.

    Well done.
