If you type "http:///www.pwcperformance.com" into a browser address window, it redirects to "http://www.4-tecperformance.com/" and when I click on "Order Performance Parts" in the GreenHulk forums, it redirects to 4-techperformance.com. GreenHulk.com redirects to GreenHulk.net

    So in my mind, pwcperformance.com = 4-tecperformance.com = GreenHulk.net Store = GreenHulk.com store.

PWCperformanceParts.com appears to be a separate entity, although you'd probably have a good case to show likelihood of confusion, but you'd only have a strong case if term "PWC Performance" was trademarked within the scope of selling PWC parts.

Also, PWCPerformanceParts.com appears to be owned by someone name Joe Johnson in Baltimore, MD.

Oops - sorry for the spoilers. I'll just vote my conscience on the poll.

guys, unfortunately it's not possible to integrate the OEM store with the performance store as the OEM is provided by a third party.

What we do is combine both orders and ship them together and then not charge one of the shipping costs.

Thanks for taking your time to vote in the poll. We are just trying to get a perception on what people call the forums online store and are possible thinking of a rename based upon your input.

Thanks again for your business and helping support the forum. I really appreciate your business!

So, I assume that since the OEM store is not integrated with the G/H store, the 10% coupon code of greenhulk does not apply to the OEM section???
