RR ECU!
You only need to go with the piggy back and bigger injectors if you port the head and add more boost.

what is the run time per tank of gas on a ski with rr ecu, piggyback, port/polish, more boost, ect?
30 minutes WOT?
I know stock is about an hour @ WOT

I have no idea. I never peg mine for an hour straight. I can run for about 3 hours or so with plenty of WOT bursts in between

Jerry,
I noticed, as many have, that an intercooled SC 4-tec gets better fuel economy than a non-intercooled model.
Last month, Annette and I took a long trip to Sacramento and back. Her ski is still basically stock and mine has the Vortech impeller and RR intercooler (among other things that may or may not have contributed). Mine got significantly better gas mileage. Must be better thermal effeciency... we cruised at 5800-6000 rpm.
Heck, in several years I could pay for my mods in fuel savings...

dayum... 3 hours with all those mods jerry!.... i need to make a concious effort to even get 2 hours out of a tank on my RXT in STOCK form, lol... i better put some slack in my throttle cable
DAMN!!! no kidden Jeff! that just gave me added incentiveyou are right tho, SCIC gets better fuel economy than a 185 SC as i've seen many times as well

Yeah Shibby, I was going to brag to her about how my ski was quicker, faster, got better gas mileage... and that hers was a slug!
I reconsidered and took her to dinner instead
