WEll it seems its not Dess post or wiring, ski shuts off from post also cluster powers down. It seems to be a MPEM fault. Just heads up for any others. Also seems 2008 was bad year for mpem, also have one that throwing TOPS fault after 15 min.And one throwing oil press. sensor fault after 15 to 30 min.both around 100 hour skis. One an rxt the other gtx. Sensors changed, wiring checked. Same faults. swapped mpem with sister ski on rxt problem gone!!! Has anyone else had 2008 throw these faults from mpem

2008 doesn't have mpem, I have seen this happen on a 2007 from the battery being hooked up backwards briefly. Fried the ecu.

I had a 2005 RXT do the exact same thing. Fuel pump would kick on for a split second and the tops would click. Had to disconnect the battery to stop it. It was a bad ECU.
