Best place to look for a intake minifold leak?
I am going to try and sort out the high idle problem this weekend, any ideas of where the most common manifold leak is?

Right at the seam in back. Look for the telltale
Black line on the inside of your hull there

If I put air pressure into the throttle body, will the air just leak out thru the open valves?

You shouldn't find any valve overlap for the air to leak directly thru.
Heres my recommendations with my recent exp chasing this sort of problem:
1. Get a spray can cover cap and drill hole in it, use "Rightstuff" to glue a valve on that will attach to your compressor air hose.
2. Let it set up overnight, reinforce inside of the cap with the same glue.
3. D/C your supercharger charge pipe, fit the cap, tighten down the cap inside the charge pipe with a decent hose clamp.
4. Connect compressor, dial in initially 15 psi.
5. Open up your oil cap and raise the oil dip stick slightly to allow excess air to bleed.
6. Pressurize system. Use a wet hand to feel for air leaks.
I had to raise my air pressure to 30 psi before there was enough AIR VOLUME to pass by the butterfly for me to feel. It was obvious after this. I found my leak on the BACK SEAM of the manifold.
Best of luck.

the simple way to check for a intake leak is start ski
spray carb cleaner or brake cleaner or starting fluid on the intake where you think its leaking
when you hit the leak the motor will rev up
