I would cut small pieces of fiberglass to glass that area.

OK, this happend at a fuel dock. They had pieces of angle iron around the dock for some reason. Big boat came by making waves and beating my ski to hell. Tried my best to hold it back with my foot, but I noticed this after I got home and was cleaning the ski.
Would something like this fix it? Its made by West.
NRS G/flex Epoxy (2- 4oz)
Then I was thinking I could use Touch up Pen from Color Rite that yall linked to.
Finish off by putting a new chrome decal.
Limited skill set here (although I am getting better at some things since buying this ski). So I need easy.
Thanks

To repair that correctly, you need to get a grinder to it and go down to undamaged layer and build up from there.

Uh. No.
I'm not taking a grinder to my ski.
It took me two days to dremel out holes for speakers on my glove box and that is plastic.
I measured and remeasured and planned... And was still nervous when I went to cut.
No way to fill... Sand down and then touch up with paint?

You can get 40 grit dremel drum to it then. It's not a structural piece, if you can't do it right don't do it. Any work that doesn't involve removing all the broken pieces is a band aid.
See how much would a professional charge.

Btw, i had to repair that exact location with almost identical damage on my ski...except the cause was another ski.

No matter what I think you'll have to grind down to the raw hull material all around the damaged area before you can apply any kind of patch/filler.
You'll have to make it a lot uglier before you can make it prettier to do a proper fix.
