So your brass rotary gear was good, and you timed it per manual

carbs might not have been put back together right or setting are off, pop off pressure maybe. Also if one of the spark plug is black the reflector modelers in your gray box's might be bad.

Temp. disconnect the RED wire to the Rectifier Module in the Grey Box and run it on the
lake until it warms up. You are in "Total Loss" mode running directly off the Battery so don't run it too long.

If your Rectifier is bad it can sometimes appear as a "blubbering" very "rich" running engine--almost like it's stumbling on one Cylinder.

One of the Plugs will be very black, almost fouled.

I don't think this is the problem, but maybe. Pm [airbornxp]. He is very smart and will most likely Known what will help you out. Sorry If dint help.

sounds like a timing issue to me. check your rotary valve. and then check your timing on the mag cup and that you are TDC.

it pays to review the manual ( I _still_ do.) Like the degree wheel..hopefully you won't need to use it again. Backfiring or fuel spitting out of the flame arrestor is more ofen then not a rotary valve issue on a seadoo

The only thing is I wander why it started to run shitty all of a son if it dint jump a tooth on the gear. Because it was running great and then the problem occurred. I hope you got it fixed.
