Criminal Charges Against Staten Island Supermarket Worker Who Smacked Rudy Giuliani Dismissed

New York – A Staten Island supermarket worker physically assaulted Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani in June.

Giuliani was smacked on the back by Daniel Gill, a ShopRite employee while he was out campaigning for his son, Andrew Giuliani.

Andrew Giuliani is running for election for Governor of New York.

Daniel Gill smacked 78-year-old Giuliani and grumbled about the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v Wade.

“You’re a f*cking scumbag!” the employee shouted to Giuliani as he droned on about Roe v Wade.

The New York Post obtained surveillance video of the assault.

The 39-year-old ShopRite employee was taken into custody and charged with felony assault, menacing and harassment.

Rudy discussed the attack later that day:

#BREAKING: @RudyGiuliani joined “The @CurtisSliwa Show” to discuss how he was assaulted while campaigning for his son Andrew Giuliani in Staten Island.

Daniel Gill appeared in court on Wednesday and his charges were dismissed.

If Daniel Gill stays out of trouble for 6 months, the criminal charges will be dropped.

    CNN reported:

The case against the man accused of slapping Rudy Giuliani on the back in a Staten Island supermarket has been adjourned “in contemplation of dismissal,” and is expected to be dismissed in six months, according to a source with knowledge of the case.

Daniel Gill, a ShopRite employee, was charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury, harassment in the second degree, and menacing in the third degree for allegedly slapping Giuliani.

The organization representing Gill has previously said that their client “merely patted” the former mayor of New York City “without malice to simply get his attention.”

It is not an admission of guilt or wrongdoing, nor is it a guilty plea, the source said, adding that Gill was not required or asked to agree to anything as part of the adjournment.

In New York state, an adjournment “in contemplation of dismissal” is “not considered favorable to the defendant until the adjournment period has expired and the case has actually been dismissed,” according to the court system.

.....and there are others, according to the article, 20, in fact. Of course, I have no idea as to the validity of the article. Like you, I'm simply posting news articles. That said, it looks bad for the agency!

Germany: Greens Plan to Ban Native Germans From a Third of Jobs to Promote ‘Diversity’

Despite the fact that it's clearly unconstitutional.

In the name of promoting “diversity,” ruling Greens in the German the city of Hanover plan to ban a third of native citizens from applying for government jobs so they can be given to migrants.

    Yes, really.

“A green mayor makes the difference!” wrote Turkish-born Filiz Polat, managing director of the Greens parliamentary group.

Polat was referring to Hanover Mayor Belit Onay, who came to power in November 2019, and is also of Turkish heritage.

“By the end of 2026, a third of all newly advertised positions in the city should be filled by applicants with a migration background,” wrote Polat.

In an effort to vastly increase the number of foreign-origin migrants in positions of local authority, a draft resolution brought by the city’s integration committee will ensure that the “target figure for all new hires is 30 percent.”

As part of a program to establish Hanover’s status as an “immigration city,” the government will also launch a PR campaign to “motivate young people from immigrant families to take advantage of the wide range of training and study opportunities in the state capital.”

“The campaign will comprise a “Day of Diversity” at local schools, while further developing “anti-racist coaching” across authorities and public bodies. A prize will also be awarded for “migrant companies” in the local area,” reports ReMix News.

Critics of the proposal assert that it is completely unconstitutional and violates anti-discrimination laws.

Alexander Graf Lambsdorff, an FDP member of the Bundestag, said the plan was “evidently unconstitutional, if I understand our Basic Law correctly.”

“What happens to the other two-thirds?” Lambsdorff asked in a tweet. “Are they reserved for organic Germans?”

Lambsdorff pointed out that reserving any jobs purely on the basis of someone’s ethnicity or migrant background, whether they be Germans or foreigners, is unconstitutional.

As we previously highlighted, back in July, the Green Party in Germany launched a PR campaign celebrating its vision for the future of the country.

Out of all the promo posters created for the campaign, none featured any white people.

But remember, demographic replacement is a dangerous right-wing extremist conspiracy theory.

The Green Party in Germany is by no means an obscure entity, it’s a major force in German politics.

It currently holds 118 of the 736 seats in the Bundestag after winning 14.8% of votes cast in the 2021 federal election and is now has the third largest of six parliamentary groups.

As we previously highlighted, 300 delegates of the Green Party loathe their own country to such a degree, they petitioned for the word ‘Germany’ to be removed from their own manifesto.

Germany’s new ‘anti-discrimination’ commissioner recently came under scrutiny because she previously used derogatory language in referring to ethnic Germans as “potatoes.”

Meanwhile, diversity continues to be such a strength that figures released by the German government show non-German foreigners are responsible for over 39 per cent of total murders and 56.25 per cent of manslaughter convictions, despite representing only 12 per cent of the population.

Massachusetts Energy Companies Announce 64% Increase in Electricity Rates Beginning November 1st

National Grid and Eversource are the two major electricity providers for Massachusetts. Both companies have notified the Department of Public Utilities (DPU) that rates for electricity are about to skyrocket.

National Grid has announced a 64% increase in electricity rates effective November 1st. While Eversource is on a different schedule, they too have announced an increase in natural gas rates of 38% on November 1st and the January 1, 2023, electricity rate will be announced in the next few weeks. Eversource is anticipated to announce a similar rate increase to National Grid.

Both major power companies rely on natural gas to create electricity. Thanks to Joe Biden’s energy policies, which includes the massive export of natural gas in LNG form, domestic prices for natural gas have skyrocketed and will continue increasing as production is further shut down by regulation.

We are helping the EU survive their sanction driven energy crisis by sending them natural gas (LNG format), while simultaneously forcing Americans to pay more in order to maintain the EU export. Everything about the process is FUBAR.

Massachusetts – […] National Grid said the monthly bill of a typical residential customer using 600 kilowatt-hours of electricity will increase from $179 last winter to about $293 this winter, an increase of about 64%. National Grid said the delivery portion of electric bills will basically remain flat.

“National Grid buys electricity on behalf of its customers from the wholesale power market through a regulatory approved process established 20 years ago. That process has served customers well over the years and provides flexibility for unforeseen events, like limited supplier response to solicitations. But things have fundamentally changed,” Helen Burt, the company’s chief customer officer, said in a statement.

“Today, under a sustained, high market price environment, it is challenging to maintain affordable prices. Given that, we think it’s a good time to work with our regulators and other stakeholders to review the process and electricity supply dynamics in the region, with an eye toward reducing price volatility and maintaining a secure, reliable and resilient energy system for the future.”

The company also announced that its natural gas rates are expected to rise on Nov. 1. They said they have a pending proposal with the state Department of Public Utilities that would result in the monthly bill for an average Boston Gas residential heating customer using 115 therms per month of $278, an increase of $50, or 22%, compared to last winter’s rates.

Eversource, the state’s other major electric provider, said in an email that it is on a different schedule than National Grid for setting its electric rates so no increases are currently planned.

“We file electric base service rates twice per year with the DPU,” company spokesman Chris McKinnon said. “Our last change was on July 1, 2022 and our next change will be January 1, 2023, which we will be filing for in the coming months.”

Over the border in New Hampshire, Eversource announced in July that electric rates would be doubling for many residents due to higher natural gas prices fueled in part by the war in Ukraine.

Eversource did announce Wednesday that it has submitted a proposal to the Department of Public Utilities seeking to raise its natural gas rates. They said their average residential customer using 126 therms of gas a month would see an increase of about 38%, or $86 on their natural gas bill over last winter. Those rate increases would take effect Nov. 1. (read m0re)

17-Year-Old High School Student Dies Suddenly After Suffering ‘Critical Medical Emergency’ During Flag Football Game

A member of the senior class and a team captain at The Weber School in Sandy Springs, Georgia, suddenly collapsed during a flag football game on Wednesday and later died.

Eitan Force, 17, suffered a ‘critical medical emergency on the field’ during a flag football game and was transported to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, according to the letter sent by The Weber School to students, parents, faculty, and staff.

Below is the statement released by the school following the tragic incident:

This afternoon during a Weber flag football game, a member of the senior class, Eitan Force, suffered a critical medical emergency on the field. Our trainers and staff immediately went to his aid prior to the arrival of emergency healthcare professionals. Eitan was transported to a local hospital for further care. Tragically, we received word that Eitan passed away earlier this evening.

With respect for their privacy, Eitan’s parents request that we do not reach out or contact the family at this time.

By now, many Weber students and parents are aware of and processing this terrible loss. Currently, we are taking appropriate measures to provide comfort to our students, faculty, staff, and parents.

Weber will cancel classes for tomorrow, Thursday, September 21, 2022. However, to meet the needs of our students, faculty and staff, and parents, Ms. Jordan Crawford, School Psychologist, is working with crisis counseling resources from Jewish and educational agencies to arrange for counseling services to be made available at school tomorrow. Once we confirm these resources as well as a precise plan and schedule, we will send you an update later this evening or tomorrow morning with specific details.

Formal gatherings for the senior class will be shared directly with our seniors and their families.

We are deeply grateful for the expressions of love and support that so many of you have already shared upon hearing this tragic news. Following the ethics and practices of Jewish tradition and the longstanding traditions of The Weber School community, we are confident that all students, parents, faculty, and staff will work together to support Eitan’s parents and family in the ways that they need and desire.

For now, send wishes for comfort for the Force family and all of Eitan’s close friends and classmates.

There is still no information available regarding Eitan’s cause of death.

According to his obituary, Eitan died while “doing one of the things he enjoyed the most—playing football; a captain of the team, he had just thrown a touchdown in the team’s senior-night game.”

“Eitan also loved music and traveling, having visited Israel, England, Italy, Spain, and, most recently a family trip to Hawaii as well as many visits to New Orleans to see family. Recently elected to the National Honor Society, Eitan had a wide array of academic interests, which he planned to pursue in college.”

Eitan is survived by his father, Dr. Seth Force, mother, Dr. Sara Marder, brother Asher, grandparents, and other relatives.

Graveside services were held on Thursday at Arlington Memorial Park.

CBS46’s award-winning reporter Rebekka Schramm paid tribute to Eitan.

“Sending thoughts and prayers to friends and family of the young man who died. He was a senior at The Weber School in Sandy Springs. He collapsed while playing flag football yesterday. As a mom of teenagers, my heart just breaks.”
