Parents Of Oxford School Shooter Facing Four Charges Each Of Involuntary Manslaughter

Not so surprisingly, the media is already using the incident for their anti-gun agenda.

The Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office announced Friday morning that the parents of the 15-year-old Oxford school shooter will now be facing charges of their own. This, after their son stormed into the school with a handgun, shooting and killing four teenagers and wounding several others.

Both James and Jennifer Crumbley will each be facing four counts involuntary manslaughter after their son got ahold of the handgun they bought four days prior to the mass shooting.

The parents each face a maximum of 15 years per count if convicted.

The handgun was purchased on Black Friday and was described as a 9mm Sig Sauer SP 2022, which is no longer made. It’s suspected that the firearm was bought from a private seller and obviously not stored properly, so that the teen was able to take it into his possession.

Reportedly, both James and Jennifer have criminal histories that include multiple misdemeanors out of Florida, including driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, and writing phony checks.

Ethan Crumbley, 15 years old, is being charged as an adult. He is facing multiple charges- including one count of terrorism, four counts of first-degree murder, seven counts of assault with intent to murder, and 12 counts of possession of a firearm while committing a felony. Four of his victims- all teenagers- were shot to death, and seven others were injured.

Maryland County to Revaccinate 70 Children After Giving Them Expired Doses

The Maryland State Health Department has announced that they are going to re-vaccinate approximately 70 children in Prince George’s County after they were given expired doses of the Pfizer vaccine.

The department claims that the children, aged 5-11, are not at risk of health issues due to the error.

The doses given to children on November 26 at the Wayne K. Curry Sports and Learning Center in Landover, were expired by two days.

George L. Askew, deputy chief administrative officer for health, human services, and education, told the Washington Post that the Health Department reached out to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to figure out how to handle the situation.

They decided to give the kids another dose.

“It is nice when everyone is in agreement — and everyone was in agreement that receiving the expired vaccine was not going to be detrimental to the children’s health,” he said, according to The Post. “But everyone was also in agreement that it did not give all the protection and that children should get revaccinated.”

Children in this age range began being vaccinated in November at the urging of the CDC.

“We certainly regret this incident,” Askew reportedly said. “And we are really, really sorry for the inconvenience it causes our families.”

On The Heels of Austria and Germany Locking Down The Unvaccinated, EU Leader Calls For Throwing Out Nuremberg Code In Favor of Forced Vaccinating All Dissenters

On Wednesday, Ursula Van Der Leyen – the chief of the European Union (EU) Commission – told the press that she would like to see the long-standing Nuremberg Code ignored completely in favor of allowing countries to force vaccinate anyone who is refusing to take the experimental jab.

Her alarming comments come just days after Germany followed Austria’s lead, mandating an authoritarian lockdown on only the unvaccinated.

In addition to being in full support of the segregated lockdown, von der Leyen said it was “understandable and appropriate” for EU countries to discuss mandatory COVID vaccinations because of the new Omicron variant, which has already been detected in 12 countries in the EU.

“European Union countries should consider mandatory vaccination to combat Covid and the Omicron variant, the head of its Commission has said.

Ursula von der Leyen said vaccines would be crucial in the fight against the “highly contagious” new variant
How we can encourage and potentially think about mandatory vaccination within the European Union? This needs discussion. This needs a common approach, but it is a discussion that I think has to be led.

    Watch:

orcing individuals to take this experimental and potentially dangerous vaccine against their will would be in direct violation of the Nuremberg Code which was established in 1947 in the immediate wake of the horrific medical experiments and human rights atrocities by Nazis during the Holocaust.

The laws expressly state that the voluntary consent of the human subject is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL,” meaning that the individual is able toexercise free power of choice, WITHOUT the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior forms of constraint or coercion – a la taking away your right to work if you are not vaccinated.

A leading cause for the code’s creation was the Nazi’s sickening performance of medical experiments on subjects without their consent. These procedures, typically performed under the command of high-ranking officials such as Dr. Josef Mengele, were some of the worst and most deranged ever documented. Since then, full and proactive ongoing consent for any medical procedure has been required by law in western nations that recognize the Nuremberg Laws.

The only way countries in the EU would be able to get away with forced vaccinations for this mild virus, which is an extraordinarily unethical and atrocious violation of human rights, is to do away with the Nuremberg laws, or just ignore them completely.

As esteemed professor, Dr. Jordan Peterson sarcastically notes: “Hey, it’s just the Nuremberg code. Only what we learned from the Nazi atrocities, not least those that were medical.”

Nevada Becomes First State To Impose Surcharge On Unvaccinated Workers

Nevada on Thursday became the first U.S. state to impose a surcharge on workers who have not gotten a COVID-19 vaccine, though the penalty doesn’t take effect until the middle of next year.

All but two members of the state’s Public Employees’ Benefit Program Board (PEBP) voted during a meeting to approve a surcharge of $55 a month on unvaccinated workers.

The approved proposal also stipulates a surcharge of $175 a month for workers’ spouses, partners, and dependents 18 and older. That could be adjusted down the road.

The surcharges will go into effect on July 1, 2022.

They’ll help offset the costs of COVID-19 testing, Laura Rich, executive officer of the board, said.
Testing costs through September were estimated at $3.3 million.

The board did not analyze the cost of COVID-19 hospitalizations for the proposal because that would have made the surcharge for spouses and dependents “significantly higher,” Rich said. State rules bar making the surcharge on workers any higher.

Nevada’s Department of Labor last month released guidance saying the surcharges were legal, and Rich compared them to surcharges on smokers imposed by plans in the past.

Exemptions are available for religious or medical reasons, as required by law.

Public commenters during the meeting, and those submitting written statements, spoke out against the proposal before the vote.

I believe that the proposed surcharge is inappropriate and excessive,” Ellen Crecelius, one member of the public, said in a statement. She noted that many people enjoy natural immunity, or the protection one gets after having recovered from COVID-19.

Shanna Cobb-Adams said she already pays $255.06 a month. The new surcharges would increase that by 90 percent. She expressed concern about her 18-year-old son getting a vaccine when studies show that young males are at elevated risk of developing heart inflammation after getting a vaccine, while COVID-19 poses little risk to healthy youth without serious underlying health conditions.

Another commenter noted that Gov. Steve Sisolak, a Democrat, is the one forcing workers to get tested weekly if they don’t get a vaccine.

“The unvaccinated should not have to foot the bill for the agency’s unjust decisions,” she wrote. “The fact is vaccinated and unvaccinated employees both can contract and spread the virus equally, yet the state has decided to only put the hardships on the unvaccinated unfairly.”

Some members also voiced opposition to the proposal, and two voted against it.

Several state residents did support the measure, including one who said that “anti-vaxxers should pay for their choice since their freedom is not free.”

Sisolak’s policy director, DuAne Young, said that the pandemic “has been shouldered on the burden of everyone.”

And now this particular burden—the testing—should be shouldered on the burden of those who refuse to (be vaccinated),” Young added.

Some companies have imposed surcharges but no states had before Thursday.

Discussions with entities that had imposed penalties pointed to benefits like increasing the percent of workers who are vaccinated and offsetting rising costs, Rich said. If the board did not approve the surcharges, every workers’ premium, regardless of vaccination status, would need to be hiked, she said.

Revenue from the surcharges is expected to be about $18 million a year. Testing costs are pegged at ranging from $12 million to $24 million.

Prior to the vote, representatives for the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees and the Nevada Faculty Alliance said the unions were not taking a position on the proposal.

Terri Laird, representing the Retired Public Employees of Nevada, said the organization also was neutral on the surcharges.

But, she told members, the added costs would “burden many employees.”

Obama Judge Orders Sidney Powell and Fellow Attorneys to Pay $175,000 for Daring to Challenge Michigan’s 2020 Election Results

Obama Judge Linda Parker ignored Trump’s case on the integrity of the 2020 Election in Michigan raised by attorney Sidney Powell.

It’s not clear if she ever looked at it. Then Judge Judge Linda V. Parker threw the case out last December. There were over 100 legal affidavits from Michigan citizens alleging fraud in the 2020 election received in Michigan.

The Gateway Pundit recorded numerous riveting testimonials after the election from Michigan election workers who witnessed what they perceived were fraudulent acts during the election last November.

The judge’s opinion was a disgrace and it’s possible she didn’t even review the data from Powell supplied in the case.

She couldn’t have reviewed Powell’s support to come up with her judgment.

Judge Parker then ordered attorneys Sidney Powell and Lin Wood be punished for daring to bring the case to court that she threw out.

Democrat tyrants will not allow dissent or challenges.

On Friday Judge Linda Parker charged Sidney Powell and eight other attorneys $175,000 for daring to bring the lawsuit against the Michigan election.

Again – dissent will not be allowed.

Judge Parker argued that Sidney Powell collected donations so she should be able to pay her fine.

    Via the AP.

Nine lawyers allied with former President Donald Trump were ordered Thursday to pay Detroit and Michigan a total of $175,000 in sanctions for abusing the court system with a sham lawsuit challenging the 2020 election results.

The money, which must be paid within 30 days, will cover the legal costs of defending against the suit, which were more than $153,000 for the city and nearly $22,000 for the state.

U.S. District Judge Linda Parker, who agreed to impose sanctions in August in a scathing opinion, rejected most of the attorneys’ objections to Detroit’s proposed award, but she did reduce it by about $29,000. Those sanctioned include Sidney Powell, L. Lin Wood and seven other lawyers who were part of the lawsuit filed on behalf of six Republican voters after Joe Biden’s 154,000-vote victory over Trump.

“Plaintiffs’ attorneys, many of whom seek donations from the public to fund lawsuits like this one … have the ability to pay this sanction,” Parker wrote.

America truly becomes more lawless by the day.

Brutal, brazen crimes shake L.A., leaving city at a crossroads

Crews of burglars publicly smashing their way into Los Angeles' most exclusive stores. Robbers following their victims, including a star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and a BET host, to their residences. And this week, the fatal shooting of 81-year-old Jacqueline Avant, an admired philanthropist and wife of music legend Clarence Avant, in her Beverly Hills home.

Private security officers guard the Beverly Hills home where Jacqueline Avant, the wife of music producer Clarence Avant, was shot and killed Wednesday. (Al Seib / Los Angeles Times)

After two years of rising violent crime in Los Angeles, these incidents have sparked a national conversation and led to local concern about both the crimes themselves and where the outrage over the violence will lead.

"The fact that this has happened, her being shot and killed in her own home, after giving, sharing, and caring for 81 years has shaken the laws of the Universe," declared Oprah Winfrey, expressing her grief over Avant's killing to her 43 million Twitter followers. "The world is upside down."

While overall city crime rates remain far below records set during the notorious gang wars of the 1990s, violent crime has jumped sharply in L.A., as it has in other cities. Much of the violence has occurred in poor communities and among vulnerable populations, such as the homeless, and receives little attention.

However, since the start of the pandemic and more rapidly in recent months, crime has crept up in wealthier enclaves and thrust its way to the center of public discourse in L.A. — against a backdrop of COVID-19 angst, evolving political perceptions of what role police and prosecutors should play in society and, now, a holiday season upon which brick-and-mortar retailers are relying to stay afloat.

Muslims Slaughter Dozens of Christians in Nigeria As Biden Administration Removes Nigeria Off CPC List

According to Western powers in the media, entertainment complex and academic circles, non-Muslims slaughtered in the cause of Islam do not exist.. They disappear you,in the same way as the Nazis disappeared the Jews. Dehumanization is essential to genocide.

“This is the sad reality Christians have been forced to live with – total carnage and genocide against us,” but criticize jihas terror and you’re a racist-islamiphobic- anti-Muslim bigot.

Less than a week after the U.S. removal of Nigeria’s designation as engaging in or tolerating violations of religious freedom, Fulani herdsmen on Tuesday (Nov. 23) killed two more Christian farmers in Plateau state, and earlier 38 Christians were slain in Kaduna state, sources said.

“This is the sad reality Christians have been forced to live with – total carnage and genocide against us,” said Samuel Achie, president of the Atyap Community Development Association (ACDA) in Zangon Kataf County, Kaduna state.

The Nov. 4-12 attacks in Kaduna state have become the new normal for Christians in the areas, he said.
“These horrific experiences have virtually become a daily affair with hardly any intervention from the Nigeria government, as in all these attacks against Christians there’s been complete absence of security intervention,” Achie said.

In Plateau state’s Ancha village, Bassa County, Muslim Fulani herdsmen on Tuesday (Nov. 23) attacked the two Christians as they worked on their farm at about 2:30 p.m., area resident Moses Chohu said in a text message to Morning Star News. Daniel James, 32, and Zakwe Deba, 35, were members of the village Baptist Church, he said.

“They were shot to death by the herdsmen who were armed with AK-47 guns, family members who escaped the attacked disclosed,” Chohu said.

Herdsmen in late October sent a letter to Christian communities in Miango District, Bassa County, warning of impending attacks if residents did not evacuate their villages.

Christian residents forwarded the letter to military and police authorities in Plateau State. Tuesday’s (Nov. 23) attack on Ancha village was seen as fulfillment of the threat.

On Oct. 15 also in Bassa County, Fulani herdsmen killed three Christians and wounded two others in Nkiendonwro village, Miango District, Chohu said.

On Monday (Nov. 22) in Plateau state’s Tatu village, Barkin Ladi County, herdsmen attacked the property of Rwang Tengwong, a Christian rice farmer.

“My rice farm, measuring about two hectares, has completely been destroyed by herdsmen,” Tengwong said in a text message to Morning Star News. “Me and my family are now left with nothing to survive on in the next one year, as that’s all we have.”

In Riyom County on Oct. 23, herdsmen ambushed three Christians. Ibrahim Peter, wife Felicia Peter and Mary Ayuba were returning from their farms to their homes at about 7 p.m.

“The herdsmen were armed with deadly weapons like guns and cutlasses,” Ibrahim Peter said in a text message to Morning Star News. “They shot at us, and we all sustained gunshot wounds.”
