How is this for a fact check, Jack Dorsey! Vote-by-mail must be stopped at all costs.

So is @Twitter going to start censoring & fact-checking all the numerous blue check mark "journalists" & leftwing activists who falsely claimed that the Trump campaign colluded with the Russian government & that @realDonaldTrump is a "puppet" of Putin for the past 4 years? https://t.co/HqZ4mAMUvC

USPS Mail Carrier Charged with Fraud After Allegedly Tampering with Vote-by-Mail Requests

    By Breitbart, May 26, 2020

Federal and state prosecutors in West Virginia announced Tuesday that it they had charged a U.S. Postal Service mail carrier with attempted fraud for allegedly tampering with requests for vote-by-mail absentee ballots.

A joint statement by West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell, and Secretary of State Mac Warner said:

Thomas Cooper, 47, of Dry Fork, stands charged with attempting to defraud the residents of West Virginia of a fair election.

An affidavit accompanying the criminal complaint states Cooper fraudulently altered eight absentee ballot requests in Pendleton County, of which the complaint states he fraudulently changed the party affiliation on five from Democrat to Republican.

“Manipulating one’s absentee ballot or application is not a laughing matter – it’s a federal offense,” Attorney General Morrisey said. “We must protect the integrity of the ballot box, and this demonstrates the aggressive action we will take to do so. It is more important now than ever for voters to watch for unexplained or suspicious marks and/or any other irregularity with their ballot. If something looks suspicious, let us know right away.”

The affidavit states Cooper accessed the ballot requests through his employment as a rural mail carrier. He was responsible for mail delivery in the three towns from which the tampered requests were mailed – Onego, Riverton and Franklin.

According to the affidavit, Cooper admitted to altering some of the requests.

Local news station WTRF reported that the attempted fraud had been caught before it affected the election itself.

The announcement came at roughly the same time that Twitter assigned a fact check warning to President Donald Trump for his claims that voting by mail was uniquely susceptible to fraud.

It was the first time that Twitter had used such a label with one of Trump’s tweets.

    Kafkafornia Clamps Down

Attorney General Becerra grabs guns, Gov. Newsom deploys “trace force” of 20,000.

Gun violence is the last thing our communities and children should have to fear during a public health crisis. Background checks can save lives and DOJ’s firearms operations help make that happen. At the California Department of Justice, we’ll keep doing our part to keep firearms out of the hands of violent and dangerous individuals.”

That was California attorney general Xavier Becerra last week, but his announcement failed to cite any example of actual “gun violence.” The former congressman, once on Hillary Clinton’s short list as a running mate, was hailing raids that confiscated firearms from people who had committed no crime.

According to the Sacramento Bee, the state DOJ mounted “a dozen operations to confiscate firearms and ammunition possessed by owners who failed background checks.” This is the background check California requires for all purchases of ammunition. Failing this particular check is not the same as committing a crime.

From last July 1, when the program kicked in, until December, 2019, the state ran345,000 background checks and rejected a full 62,000 Californians legally entitled to purchase ammunition. The 62,000 included off-duty sheriff’s deputies purchasing shotgun shells to hunt ducks. Database discrepancies meant the 62,000 had somehow “failed” a background check, implying malfeasance. The law-abiding gun owners then became “prohibited persons,” barred from purchasing ammunition and exercising their Second Amendment rights.

Attorney Ari Freilich of the Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence, told reporters that dangerous people were “committing a serious crime trying to acquire a product designed to take human life,” and that the background check system was working as intended. The outright confiscation of firearms in April, 2020, confirms that this is the case.

Federal judge Roger Benitez ruled that the ammunition law defies common sense and burdens Second Amendment rights, but last month the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals granted Becerra’s request to reinstate the background checks. As Becerra plans further “operations,” Gov. Gavin Newsom is mounting a surge on a different front.

The governor is tapping UCLA and UC San Francisco to train an “army” of “coronavirus detectives” to “test, trace and isolate people who may have been infected.” That includes those who have no symptoms at all, but are still capable of infecting others. By that standard, Newsom’s army could trace and isolate just about anybody, so Californians might wonder about those doing the tracing.

The governor will redeploy state employees with “the right kind of background cultural sensitivity, cultural competency, different language skills, a health mindset.” On the other hand, according to Politico, the first group of tracers, in San Francisco, included city librarians, attorneys and investigators, “many with no health care background.”

BUSTED! New Mexico Liberal Governor Michelle Grisham Locks Down State — Then Calls Jewelry Store for Special Purchase — And Now She Can’t Get Her Story Straight

Another Democrat hypocrite is caught violating her own lockdown orders.
Because lockdown orders are only for the little people.

In March New Mexico Governor Michelle Grisham locked down her state due to the coronavirus threat.
New Mexico is ranked 39th out of the 50 states in coronavirus cases.

But after Grisham locked down the state she made a private call to her favorite jewelry store to make a purchase.
Of course, she was able to do this because she is the Democrat governor.

But now she got caught and is changing her story.

She can’t get her story straight.

    Let freedom ring...

1,200 RELIGIOUS LEADERS SIGN 'DECLARATION OF ESSENTIALITY' - VOW TO HOLD SERVICES ON PENTECOST SUNDAY 'WITH OR WITHOUT' NEWSOM'S APPROVAL

Diego Mesa was driving in Southern California on Thursday evening when he passed shops selling donuts, clothes, and cannabis... "When we are deemed as non-essential, there's an agenda there."

"I think it is probably more likely for someone to die in a car accident than of COVID-19 in many parts of California," he said. "The church isn't saying we want to meet just because we think we have a constitutional right to do so — we want to meet because there are so many important needs of the community that need to be addressed."

REPORT: Washington State Includes Multiple Shooting Deaths in COVID-19 Numbers — 80% of Deaths Listed Raise Questions

A new report by the Freedom Foundation reveals 80% of the coronavirus deaths listed in Washington State “list some variation of ‘COVID-19’ in ONE of the causes of death” on the death certificate. And the state admitted that their COVID-19 death list includes shooting deaths.

Obviously, their numbers cannot be trusted.

This raises several questions on the numbers they are sharing with the public.

    Via Andrew Bostom:

More ghoulish "covid19 death" over counting: WA state has included deaths from gunshot wounds as covid19 deaths , while ~80% of “covid19 deaths”, “list some variation of ‘COVID-19’ in ONE of the causes of death” on the death certificate https://t.co/SzeOsdMYte pic.twitter.com/4Vq4MRGOq4

    From the Freedom Foundation report:

Today, officials at the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) confirmed that, as the Freedom Foundation reported on Monday, the state is counting in its COVID-19 death total the deaths of persons who tested positive for the virus but died from other causes.

In remarks made during a telephonic press briefing, DOH officials even acknowledged knowingly including multiple deaths caused by gunshot wounds in the state’s COVID-19 fatality count.

The Freedom Foundation’s original report, based on DOH documents and statements provided to the Foundation, concluded that, of the 828 COVID-19 deaths reported as of May 8:

    • 681 (82 percent) “list some variation of ‘COVID-19’ in one of the causes of death” on the death certificate;

    • 41 (5 percent) of the death certificates do not list COVID-19 as a cause of death, but indicate it was a “significant condition contributing to death.”

    • 106 (13 percent) deaths involved persons who had previously tested positive for COVID-19 but did not have the virus listed anywhere on their death certificate as either causing or contributing to death.

When asked about the Foundation’s report at a press conference Monday, Gov. Jay Inslee dismissed it as “dangerous,” “disgusting” and “malarkey.” He further accused the Freedom Foundation of “fanning these conspiracy claims from the planet Pluto” and not caring about the lives lost to COVID-19.

Yet DOH officials largely confirmed the main findings of the Foundation’s report in Thursday’s briefing.

The New York Times included at least one murder victim in their list of victims they published on their front page over the weekend.

CDC quietly DOWNGRADED Covid-19 death rate and media IGNORED good news. Elon Musk wonders why

The latest estimates show that Covid-19 is nowhere near as lethal as early models claimed, yet the mainstream media have been mum on the subject, prompting some prominent lockdown critics to ask why that might be the case.

According to the “current best estimate” scenario laid out by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the overall case fatality rate (CFR) is significantly lower than 3.4 percent that World Health Organization claimed early on – the figure used to justify draconian lockdowns across much of the globe. The CDC also currently estimates that 35 percent of all Covid-19 infections may be asymptomatic.

The revelation should have been major news, but has gone largely unnoticed, Blaze columnist Daniel Horowitz pointed out on Monday.

We destroyed our entire country and suspended democracy all for a lie, and these people perpetrated the unscientific degree of panic. Will they ever admit the grave consequences of their error?

“Good question,” wrote Elon Musk, the tech mogul behind Tesla and SpaceX, sharing Horowitz’s opinion piece on Tuesday.

    Good question https://t.co/8jpu98XFu7
    — Elon Musk (@elonmusk) May 26, 2020

Among the points Horowitz makes in his commentary is that the overall CFR is actually pulled up by all the deaths in US nursing homes, which a number of governors ordered to house Covid-19 patients, thus spreading the infection to the most vulnerable population.

“An astounding 62 percent of all [Covid-19] deaths were in the six states confirmed to have done this, even though they only compose 18 percent of the national population,” he wrote.

Horowitz claims that the actual death rate for the general population of all ages and health conditions outside of nursing homes is closer to “1 in 1,000,” as he blasts both the public policy response to the disease and the media coverage of it.
