1 of the Reagan mistakes was to defund mental health care programs. The issue has steadily grown worse since. Not that it is all his/admins fault but this did not help and was a turning point for sure.

The homeless problem in California is partially a mental issue. The explosion has been over the last 10 years. What I see moved it into overdrive was the early prison release and the decriminalization of narcotics. All these feel good laws passed. These people that were in prison or on their way to prison are on the streets. No one wants to hire people with a felony conviction. No work mean no money. So they are on the streets with no hope of ever integrating back into society.

California can throw millions of dollars at it and they cannot fix it.

Only solution is to spend the millions on new prisons and put these people back where they belong.

Did the California vacation not long ago and it was frightening in San Francisco. Everywhere you went was mentally ill people fighting, screaming at each other and walking around with suitcases. Had an instance in a starbucks where one homeless person went in a bathroom, came out, a lady went in and all of a sudden he jumped up and ran to the bathroom screaming and started beating on the door until she came out cowering. It was always fun having them stare at you like he was about to jump on you. But one thing though about Cali, it's beautiful as long as you stay away from the big cities.

House Minority Leader McCarthy Exposes Democrat Witch-Hunt

‘They always had this pre-written timeline from the day they got sworn in’

Following House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s call for House Democrats to draft articles of impeachment against President Trump, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy held a press conference where he explained how the Democrats have been hell-bent on impeachment since day one of Trump’s presidency.

Beginning his speech by quoting Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, McCarthy said, “There will always be the greatest danger that the decision to use the impeachment power would be driven by partisan animosity instead of real demonstrations of innocence or guilt.”
“Today is the day that Hamilton warned us,” he continued.

The House Minority Leader explained that Pelosi’s decision “has weakened this nation,” before exposing the Democrats’ “pre-written timeline” of impeachment that has existed since the day they were sworn into office.

Both Jerry Nadler (D-NY) and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) were vocal supporters of impeachment immediately after being elected, and Rep. Al Green (D.-TX) admitted, “if we (Democrats) do not impeach the president he will get re-elected.”

“In March,” McCarthy stated, “the Speaker of the House said impeachment was so destructive to the nation that it had to be ‘overwhelming, compelling and bipartisan.’ That was the criteria she laid out for the nation and for her conference, it’s just not the criteria she held herself to.”

“This is the Day Alexander Hamilton feared and warned would come,” McCarthy warned.

When asked if he buys Pelosi’s claim that there is no personal animus motivating the impeachment drive, McCarthy said, “I think I have a hard time believing her.”

McCarthy also pointed out that Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib said to “impeach the mother f**ker” on her first day in Congress, and that Congressman Adam Schiff has repeatedly lied to the American public in an attempt to push toward impeachment.

Next, McCarthy pointed out the fact that Democrats selected liberal professors who are Democratic Party donors to testify against President Trump while Republicans selected liberal lawyer and Constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley, who did not vote for the president.

“History will look back on today and it will be a sad day,” he predicted, concluding the speech. “We hope that at any time, whoever has this power in this country, that they never repeat what Alexander warned us would come and that this day will never happen again in America.

Portland and Seattle are like that too. My cousin is an assistant manager at an apartment complex in downtown Seattle around Pioneer Square. The stuff he tells me and pictures he sends...man oh man.

Biden Gets Obama Presidency Wrong by 40 Years!

Joe Biden, 77, is currently on an 8-day “No Malarkey” Iowa tour as he desperately tries to whip up excitement for his failing 2020 bid.

And it is not going well at all.

Biden exploded after an 83-year-old brave Iowan in New Hampton confronted him about his pay-to-play scheme involving his son Hunter and Burisma Holdings.

Old Grandpa Joe on Thursday also forgot what century he was in and mistook 1976 for 2014.

Biden was struggling to recall an Executive Order Obama signed related to immigration and family separation and even though he was Vice President at the time of the EO, he mistakenly claimed it was signed in 1976.

“There’s the DREAMERs program, there’s also a program that said we’re not going to separate families, we’re going to allow families to stay together while they go through the process, and the court said well you can’t — We did that in 1976,…and uh” Biden said.
“And, I mean, I’m sorry, excuse me — Backing up here—2014 when we did that.”

Proof That Democrats Are Using Impeachment as a Political Stunt — They’re Already Talking About Doing It Again, They’ll Make Up the Crime Later!

On Thursday Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced Democrats will proceed with sham articles of President Donald Trump. They don’t have any charges yet, and Adam Schiff’s Intelligence Committee Report is littered with lies and omissions that will NEVER stand up in any court of law, but they will prayerfully and with love proceed with their impeachment exercise.

The Democrats know their political exercise will be quashed in the US Senate. They also must realize that several Democrats will be called in to testify including serial liar Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi and crack-head Hunter Biden.
Democrats have turned impeachment into a political exercise.

They are already talking about impeaching President Trump again and again.

Rep. Al Green is *really worried* President Trump is getting re-elected

Mr. "I'm Concerned That If We Don't Impeach This President, He Will Get Re-Elected" wants to impeach POTUS MULTIPLE times?

    — Elizabeth Harrington (@LizRNC) December 5, 2019

And earlier today Clinton advisor and Democrat operative Paul Begala said the same thing.

Democrats don’t give a rat’s a$$ about the US Constitution.

For the first time in history Democrats are using the impeach
ment process as a political stunt!
They don’t even have a crime!

They just want to damage the sitting US President!

Jaw Dropping tacit admission from @RepAlGreen that the impeachment effort has failed! Why would you need additional impeachments if this one was going as planned?

    Talk about "FOAD"...

Pelosi warns: 'Civilization as we know it today is at stake' in 2020 election

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said on Thursday that "civilization as we know it today is at stake" in the 2020 presidential election, saying that she does not want to "contemplate" the possibility that President Donald Trump could be elected to serve a second term in office.

"Let's not even contemplate that," Pelosi said at a CNN town hall Thursday evening in response to an audience question about what checks will exist in the House of Representatives if Trump is reelected and the impeachment process is over.
"Civilization as we know it today is at stake in the next election, and certainly our planet," Pelosi said.

Pelosi's participation at the town hall event came on the same day that she announced that the House will take the momentous step of moving forward with articles of impeachment against Trump. That announcement adds a new level of intensity to the impeachment effort and likely paves the way for Trump to become the third President in US history to be impeached.

Pelosi called her decision "quite historic" during a CNN town hall moderated by Jake Tapper.

In response to an audience question, she said, "I have to admit that today was quite historic. It was taking us, crossing a threshold on this that we just had no choice. I do hope that it would be remembered in a way that honors the vision of our founders, what they had in mind for establishing a democracy."

    'I'm not on a timetable, I'm on a mission'

Pelosi, who is guiding House Democratic caucus through the impeachment process as the top Democrat in the chamber, sidestepped a question whether she would step aside if a Democrat wins the White House in 2020.
"I'm not on a timetable, I'm on a mission," Pelosi said, an answer that met with applause from the audience.
