Please read 28th amendment Please Read, and forward. This will only take 1 minute to read! 28th Amendment, 35 States and Counting.
It will take you less than a minute to read this. If you agree, please pass it on. It's an idea whose time has come to deal with this self-serving situation:

OUR PRESENT SITUATION ! Children of Congress members do not have to pay back their college student loans. Staffers of Congress family members are also exempt from having to pay back student loans. Members of Congress can retire at full pay after only one term. Members of Congress have exempted themselves from many of the laws they have passed, under which ordinary citizens must live. For example, they are exempt from any fear of prosecution for sexual harassment. And as the latest example, they have exempted themselves from Healthcare Reform, in all of its aspects. We must not tolerate an elite class of such people, elected as public servants and then putting themselves above the law.

I truly don't care if they are Democrat, Republican, Independent, or whatever. The self-serving must stop. Governors of 35 states have filed suit against the Federal Government for imposing unlawful burdens upon their states. It only takes 38 (of the 50) States to convene a Constitutional Convention. If each person that receives this will forward it on to 20 people, in three days most people in The United States of America will have the message.

Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution: "Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the Citizens of the United States ..."

This is an idea that should be passed around, regardless of political party. Congressional Reform Act of 2017

    1. No Tenure / No Pension. A Congressman/woman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they're out of office. And, no more perks go with them.

    2. Congress (past, present, & future) participates in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose.

    3. Congress must purchase their own retirement plan, just as ALL Americans do.

    4. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.

    5. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people.

    6. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people (i.e. NO MORE INSIDER TRADING!!!).

    7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen/women are void. The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen/women. Congress made all these contracts by and for themselves.

Serving in Congress is an honor and privilege NOT a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators should serve their term(s), then go home and go back to work … not get all kinds of freebies. Just hold your finger down then hit forward and send it to everyone you know. Let’s help get the country straightened out

Triggered: University of Virginia Cancels Veterans Day 21-Gun Salute Because of ‘Gun Violence’

The University of Virginia is clamoring for more safe spaces, locations on campus where individuals and identity groups can “feel validated and…build community.” In an atmosphere like that, imagine how disturbing the thought of holding a Veterans Day observance must be. Especially one that involves gunfire.

That could have caused some of UVA’s less hearty undergrads to run for the nearest cry closet. But don’t worry, Cavaliers, because this year’s 21-gun salute has been eliminated from the Veterans Day ceremony. Because gun violence.

As the College Fix reports . . .

…the annual ceremony “marks the conclusion of a 24-hour vigil by ROTC cadets and has included the 21-gun salute for more than a decade,” but the decision to nix the salute was made by the provost’s office in conjunction with the colonel of UVA’s ROTC program.

The decision, however, hasn’t been met with universal approval.

As a @UVA #UVA student veteran, thank you for marginalizing my community. That is a direct, unmitigated slap in the face to those of us who have served, and especially to those of us who have served and lost. I am deeply sorry that you decided to make this incorrect decision.

UVA president Jim Ryan explained the decision this way . . .

Memos show Hunter Biden had ‘VIP access’ to upper echelons of the Obama State Dept.

The son of former Vice President Joe Biden had “VIP access” to the upper echelons of President Obama’s State Department at a time when his father was working to kill a corruption investigation into an energy company paying him tens of thousands of dollars per month.

Investigative reporter and Fox News contributor John Solomon said Saturday that he has obtained memos via a Freedom of Information Act request that change the entire narrative from the Biden 2020 campaign.

“It’s pretty clear that Hunter Biden, his business partner Devin Archer, and their legal lobbying team in America for Burisma, the Ukrainian-owned company, had VIP access to the top of the State Department,” Solomon told Jesse Watters.

“Hunter Biden talked to Tony Blinken, the deputy secretary on a couple of occasions,” he continued. “That’s very significant. Blinken is the closest national security adviser Joe Biden had during his time in the White House.”

Solomon noted further that before Blinken “was Joe Biden’s guy, he was John Kerry’s guy” — when Kerry was secretary of state.

Hunter Biden and Chris Heinz, Kerry’s stepson, managed to land a lucrative billion-dollar deal with a Chinese government bank during the Obama administration.

Solomon also reported that Archer was actually talking directly to Kerry during the same period.

“But the most significant contact occurs in late February 2016,” he continued. “That’s when Burisma’s legal team” brought in to combat corruption allegations “go to the State Department to the No. 3 official, Undersecretary Novatelli, and they specifically demand that the State Department help end these corruption allegations against Burisma.

“And when they do it, they invoke Hunter Biden’s name,” Solomon said. “They say, ‘You need to help us because Joe Biden’s son is on the board.”

“That’s why you put Hunter Biden on the board, it’s a protect deal,” Watters countered.

Exactly right. So when Joe Biden was bragging that the U.S. would withhold $1 billion in loan guarantees to Ukraine unless that government fired a prosecutor looking into Burisma corruption, he demanded that quid pro quo specifically to protect his son.

    Right?

Solomon noted further that the American legal team approached the Obama State Department in February 2016 after the home of the oligarch who ran Burisma at the time was raided by the Ukrainian prosecutor — an important timeline to note.

PAY DIRT: “Whistleblower” Eric Ciaramella Hosted Jan 19, 2016 WH Mtg. – Same Day US Told Ukraine in WH Mtg. to Fire Prosecutor Investigating Hunter Biden

So The New York Times reported that Joe Biden’s own staff thought the Ukrainian gas company Burisma paying Hunter Biden $83,333/month while his father was Vice President was “unseemly” or “worse” — and they made State Department officials help them do damage control.

Joe Biden said he first learned of his son’t activities in Ukraine when the story broke in 2014 according to Hunter Biden’s recollection in a New Yorker piece earlier this year.

John Solomon at The Hill also reported on the January 19, 206 meeting between Ukrainian officials and Obama officials at the White House.

The other case raised at the January 2016 meeting, Telizhenko said, involved Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company under investigation in Ukraine for improper foreign transfers of money. At the time, Burisma allegedly was paying then-Vice President Joe Biden’s son Hunter as both a board member and a consultant. More than $3 million flowed from Ukraine to an American firm tied to Hunter Biden in 2014-15, bank records show.

According to Telizhenko, U.S. officials told the Ukrainians they would prefer that Kiev drop the Burisma probe and allow the FBI to take it over. The Ukrainians did not agree. But then Joe Biden pressured Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to fire Ukraine’s chief prosecutor in March 2016, as I previously reported. The Burisma case was transferred to NABU, then shut down.

According to Stephen McIntyre the demand that Ukrainian top prosecutor Viktor Shokin be fired as a condition for IMF loan almost certainly originated with Biden staff. The demand was first announced to Ukrainian prosecutors at a January 19, 2016 meeting with US officials hosted by Eric Ciaramella.

Obviously, this is a very bold and shocking statement.

Sure enough — If you run a search on the White House visitor logs during the final year (2016) of the Obama administration you find that Eric Ciaramella is listed over 200 times.

Ciaramella hosted a meeting with Ukrainian diplomat Andrii Telizhenko on January 19, 2016 in the Obama White House.

Cops Can Now Get Warrants for Entire DNA Websites

With just a single warrant, a Florida detective obtained access to the DNA profiles of more than a million people — and experts say the case sets a dangerous precedent.

Ancestry.com and 23andMe are the largest consumer DNA sites, holding genetic data on 15 million and 10 million people, respectively.

However, they aren’t the only DNA sites out there — a smaller service, GEDmatch, currently has about 1.3 million users, each of whom is able to search the site’s entire database.

In May, GEDmatch changed its policies so that law enforcement officials could only search the profiles of people who opted into such searches, which GEDmatch co-founder Curtis Rogers recently told The New York Times about 185,000 users have done.

Prior to the change, police famously used GEDMatch to crack the case of the Golden State Killer, resulting in the arrest of a suspect in April 2018. Detective Michael Fields had also used the database to solve a case prior to the May change and was hopeful it might help with a new one he was investigating in July.

To that end, Fields decided to ask a Florida judge to grant him a warrant that would override the new policy, allowing him to search GEDmatch’s entire database, including users who hadn’t opted in — and Judge Patricia Strowbridge did just that, the detective announced at a recent police convention, according to the NYT.

Legal experts told the NYT that this appears to be the first time a judge has approved a DNA website warrant this broad, with New York University law professor Erin Murphy calling it “a huge game-changer.”

Sprite Argentina LGBT Ad Celebrates Mothers Binding Breasts, Dressing Gender-Confused Children

Sprite released an ad last week that appeared on Argentina’s social media platforms that celebrated mothers helping their children with gender confusion to bind their breasts, apply makeup, and dress in drag in order to celebrate their LGBTQ “pride.”

Elizabeth Johnston, aka the Activist Mommy, also reviewed the ad on Facebook:

The Sprite soft drink brand is owned by Coca-Cola and ran the ad just prior to Buenos Aires’s Pride event.

The ad may be disturbing to watch, as Johnston notes, since it “starts out showing a mother and son in a creepy, dimly lit room.”
The video captures somewhat playful glances between the mothers and their gender dysphoric children.

The mothers of boys are seen in the ad applying makeup and dressing their sons in feminine attire as they smile at each other. The mothers of girls are viewed binding the breasts of their daughters to help them appear as males. A grandmother teasingly helps her grandson dress in drag.

Johnston also notes the video’s background song – “You’ll Never Walk Alone” from the musical Carousel – is used to “tug on heartstrings” and emphasize the narrative that transgender children are victims.

The video depicts children preparing a rainbow flag for the Pride event as they embrace LGBT family members. Parents appear to send their LGBT children off to the event in a celebratory manner.

The ad concludes with, “Orgullo: Lo que sentís cuando alguien que querés elige ser feliz,” which translates to “Pride: what you feel when someone you love chooses to be happy,” and “No estás solx,” or “You’re not alone.”

“Sprite is essentially saying, ‘If you aren’t like these people in the video you aren’t loving,’ which is a completely false narrative,” Johnston says. “Most people who oppose LGBT lifestyles aren’t hateful at all and are loving, kind, compassionate people who simply have different beliefs. Sprite would have you believe the opposite.”

How Awful! Homeless Man Pours Hot Bucket of Diarrhea on Woman Getting in Her Car Near Hollywood Walk of Fame

Los Angeles is becoming increasingly dangerous and intolerable for the average citizen.

Homeless attacks are on the rise.

Recently a homeless man dumped a bucked of his hot diarrhea on the head of a woman getting in her car.

The woman now has to have regular checks for infectious disease.

    NBC4 reported:

A night near the Hollywood Walk of Fame would change a woman’s life, as she was getting into her car and a homeless man sprinted across Hollywood Boulevard toward her.

Heidi Van Tassel was parked in Hollywood after having a pleasant evening out with friends at an authentic Thai restaurant.

Suddenly a man randomly pulled her out of the car, dragged her out to the middle of the street, and dumped a bucket of feces on her head, Van Tassel said and public records confirm.

“It was diarrhea. Hot liquid. I was soaked, and it was coming off my eyelashes and into my eyes,” Van Tassel said.

“Paramedics who came to treat me said there was so much of it on me, that it looked like the man was saving it up for a month.”
