BREAKING: Burisma Holdings Paid Joe Biden $900,000 For Lobbying Activities: Ukrainian MP

Former Vice President Joe Biden was personally paid $900,000 for lobbying activities from Burisma Holdings, according to Ukrainian MP Andriy Derkach.

Derkach publicized the documents at a press conference at the Interfax-Ukraine agency Wednesday as he said the records, “describe the mechanism of getting money by Biden Sr.”

“This was the transfer of Burisma Group’s funds for lobbying activities, as investigators believe, personally to Joe Biden through a lobbying company. Funds in the amount of $900,000 were transferred to the U.S.-based company Rosemont Seneca Partners, which according to open sources, in particular, the New York Times, is affiliated with Biden. The payment reference was payment for consultative services,” Derkach said.

He also publicized sums that were transferred to Burisma Group representatives, in particular Hunter Biden, a son of the former U.S. vice president.

“According to the documents, Burisma paid no less than $16.5 million to [former Polish President, who became an independent director at Burisma Holdings in 2014] Aleksander Kwasniewski, [chairman of the Burisma board of independent directors] Alan Apter, [Burisma independent director] Devon Archer and Hunter Biden [who joined the Burisma board of directors in 2014],” Derkach said.

“Using political and economic levelers of influencing Ukrainian authorities and manipulating the issue of providing financial aid to Ukraine, Joe Biden actively assisted closing criminal cases into the activity of former Ukrainian Ecology Minister Mykola Zlochevsky, who is the founder and owner of Burisma Group,” he said.

“Biden’s fifth visit to Kyiv on December 7-8, 2015 was devoted to making a decision on the resignation of [then Ukrainian Prosecutor General] Viktor Shokin over the case of Zlochevsky and Burisma. Loan guarantees worth $1 billion that the United States was to give to Ukraine was the point of pressure. Biden himself admitted exerting pressure in his speech at the Council of Foreign Relations in January 2018, calling Shokin ‘son of a bitch who was fired’,” Derkach said.

    Via Interfax:

At a press conference at the Interfax-Ukraine agency on Wednesday, he made public the documents received from investigative journalists, including correspondence between NABU officers and representatives of diplomatic missions of foreign states in the framework of criminal proceedings opened under Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (High Treason). In particular, the documents that the deputy possesses indicate that Uglava, through his assistant Polina Chyzh, gave information to the U.S. Embassy, which, he said, is an important part of the “puzzle” of interference in U.S. elections and international corruption.

Joe Biden’s drug addict son Hunter was sitting on the board of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian natural gas company and being paid by some accounts over $200,000 a month even though he had zero experience in the field.

Then-Vice President Joe Biden, who was tasked to oversee US dealings with Ukraine, threatened to withhold over $1 billion in loan guarantees to Ukraine unless they fired Viktor Shokin, the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Burisma and Hunter.

Biden bragged about shaking down Ukraine and getting Mr. Shokin fired during a 2018 speech to the Council on Foreign Relations.

New documents unearthed by award-winning investigative reporter John Solomon destroyed the Democrat narrative that Trump strong-armed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

The new documents show that Ukraine was reopening the investigation into Burisma and the crooked Bidens back in February — before Zelensky was elected president.

Biden Campaign Says Joe Will Not Answer Questions About Hunter’s Business Dealings…

The media would cry bloody murder if Trump did this.

SANDERS: “Look, Brooke, we’re not going to play Donald Trump’s game here. The allegations which are — frankly, they’re not allegations, they’re smears and lies — that the Trump campaign, President Trump and his henchman Rudy Giuliani have said about Vice President Biden and his son and his family are lies. They’re smears and they’re unfounded and they have been debunked.

Vice President Biden is I think understandably frustrated when folks in the media, people across the country and the media are asking questions about how Donald Trump’s breach of his oath of office reflects badly on Joe Biden.

That doesn’t make sense. So a couple weeks ago you heard Vice President Biden out on the campaign trail in the gaggle, he just told reporters to ask the right questions. That’s the posture we have been taking and that is the posture we’ll continue to take. This is not about Joe Biden. This is about Donald Trump.”

Meet Kyle Frese, Trump Hater, Federal Employee, Arrested for Leaking National Security Secrets

Federal employee Henry Kyle Frese was arrested today for allegedly leaking national security secrets to reporters at CNBC and NBC. One of the reporters was his girlfriend. Read the indictment here.

Frese was a federal employee at the Defense Intelligence Agency. It comes as no surprise that Frese - like so many other federal employees in Washington D.C. - is full of hatred toward Donald Trump and willing to use his personal power and government job to attack the President and conservatives. Let's peruse his Twitter feed before it disappears.

Frese went to college and graduate school in Canada. His posts routinely cover national security and foreign affairs issues. They are also vehemently hostile to Donal Trump and his foreign policy. A post just this week regarding Turkey and Syria says "Once again we remind our current, and any potential future allies, that at some point we will [expletive] them over. I could find no postings on his Twitter feed regarding the Obama administration meddling in Israel's elections or striking up a nuclear deal with Iran.

Frese didn't just hate Trump, he hated those around Trump, including Sebastian Gorka. Upon reading that Gorka would be traveling with Trump, Frese attacked Gorka by posting an imaginary quote from a White House official - "You know what would be good optics right now? SecState travelling with someone who was disgraced from the White House and has clear ties to European white nationalist groups." Gorka does not have ties to European white nationalist groups.

INSANITY: Man Has Guns Confiscated for Posting ‘Joker’ Memes on Twitter

Red flag laws are an attack on freedom of speech as well as due process and gun rights.

A Washington man’s guns have been confiscated under red flag laws after posting memes on social media about the controversial movie “Joker.”

Authorities have confirmed that three guns were removed from a Redmond, WA man under an “extreme protection order” based on his social media activity. One offending Twitter post, based off of a popular meme, pictured the man holding two AK-47 rifles with the caption: “One ticket for joker please.”

They also claim that he posted offensive comments toward women back in 2017 to justify the use of red flag laws, showing that anything will be used to justify gun confiscation. The man will have a court appearance on Oct. 15 where he will have to grovel before a judge in order to get his guns back.

Kansas 12-year-old arrested for pointing 'finger gun' at another student

An Overland Park middler schooler was arrested last month after she pointed a finger gun at other students.
The student, a 12-year-old at Westridge Middle School, was arrested by Overland Park police on Sept. 18.

Dave Smith, spokesperson for the Shawnee Mission School District, would only comment on the matter by email saying,
"I want to be very clear: The arrest of this student was wholly unrelated to any district policy," said Dave Smith, a spokesperson for the Shawnee Mission School District. "It was a municipal police department decision, and our policies don't impact police department decisions,"

The Overland Park Police Department did not make officials available to discuss the matter on camera.

Overland Park police said in an email they were made aware of the threat through the school district's online reporting portal.

School officials and a school resource officer questioned two students about the incident. The interviews corroborated the account of the potential threat.

The resource officer arrested the student and took her back to an "appropriate facility," police said.

The Johnson County District Attorney's Office then filed charges.

"Ensuring the safety of everyone in a school, or community, is a top priority and requires constant vigilance, parents reminding their children of proper behavior in school and an understanding by the public that each case is thoroughly investigated before any arrest is made and a charge filed," police said.

Feds Paid $1 Billion in Social Security Benefits to Individuals Without a SSN

Errors occurred because the agency did not keep paper applications supporting an individual’s case to receive benefits

The Social Security Administration paid $1 billion in benefits to individuals who did not have a Social Security Number (SSN), according to a new audit.

The agency’s inspector general found errors in the government’s documentation for representative payees, otherwise known as individuals who receive retirement or disability payments on behalf of another person who is incapable of managing the benefits themselves.

The audit released Friday found thousands of cases where there was no SSN on file.

Over the last decade, the agency paid $1 billion to 22,426 representative payees who "did not have an SSN, and SSA had not followed its policy to retain the paper application."

"Furthermore, unless it takes corrective action, we estimate SSA will pay about $182.5 million in benefits, annually, to representative payees who do not have an SSN or paper application supporting their selection," the inspector general said.

The inspector general also found the agency paid $853.1 million in benefits since 2004 to individuals who had been terminated as representative payees by the agency.

The inspector general said the errors occurred because the agency did not keep paper applications supporting an individual’s case to receive benefits on behalf of another and did not update its system if their status was terminated.

Only six percent of representative payees had SSNs that were properly recorded, based on the audit’s sample of 100 beneficiaries.

Government benefits are also going to illegal aliens through the representative payee system. 17 percent of representative payees in the sample did not have an SSN recorded because they were undocumented noncitizens, the inspector general said.

Illegal aliens without SSNs are allowed to receive benefits from the government when acting as representatives for their minor children.

In response to the audit, the SSA said it switched to a new Electronic Representative Payee System last year, and transferring representative payee information "may have resulted in applications showing as terminated or not selected."

The government defended the issuance of benefits to noncitizens and persons without an SSN.
