Revealed: Name of Top FBI Official Who Leaked to Media – But DOJ Declined Prosecution

Inspector General Michael Horowitz released a report in May revealing that an FBI Deputy Assistant Director had taken gifts from journalists, had numerous unauthorized contacts with the media and even disclosed the existence of classified information under seal to the media.

Horowitz did not name the senior FBI official in his report, however he did state that the DOJ declined prosecution.

According to investigative reporter Sara Carter, this top FBI official is Bryan Paarmann.

    Sara Carter reported:

Several officials confirmed to SaraACarter.com this week that the unknown senior FBI official is Bryan Paarmann. Paarmann, who began his career with the bureau in 1996, was shuffled by FBI Director Christopher Wray in August, 2017 from his position as FBI Deputy Assistant Director of the International Operations Division to special agent in charge of the Counterterrorism Division for the New York field office. He is currently on leave and his security clearance has been suspended, sources stated.

Horowitz did not name Paarmann in the investigative summary released in May, but instead referred to him as a Deputy Assistant Director. Horowitz’s investigation focused on the time Paarmann was working at the FBI’s Washington D.C. headquarters as the Deputy Assistant Director of the International Operations Division.

A senior DOJ official confirmed to Sara Carter “that the decision by the Department of Justice to decline prosecution was made before William Barr was Attorney General.”

This news comes on the heels of an explosive report by Judicial Watch who obtained 14 referrals of FBI officials for leaking sensitive or classified information.

Out of the 14 leakers, only four were fired!

“No wonder the FBI was leaking so profusely. Collectively, these documents show lenient treatment for evident criminal activity. Only four of the 14 employees found to have made an unauthorized disclosure were dismissed from the FBI,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton on Tuesday. “And even though Andrew McCabe was fired and referred for a criminal investigation for his leak, no prosecution has taken place.”

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D.-N.Y., has determined there is too much political speech in the United States coming from sources he cannot tolerate. So, he stood in front of the Supreme Court on Tuesday, along with Senate Minority Whip Dick Durbin, D.-Ill., to announce he is backing Democratic New Mexico Sen. Tom Udall's proposal to amend the First Amendment.

The First Amendment — as it now stands — includes 10 unambiguous words about freedom of speech.

"Congress," it says, "shall make no law ... abridging the freedom of speech."

Schumer and Udall do not like this sweeping restraint on government power. There are speakers whose speech they want to abridge.

The Bill of Rights — as correctly interpreted by the Supreme Court — stands in their way. So, they are seeking to change it.

Specifically, in 2010, the Supreme Court voted 5-4 in Citizens United v. the Federal Election Commission that Americans enjoy the freedom of speech not only when they act as individuals but also when they form corporations.

In other words, a movie-making company has the same right to free speech as its owners individually do.

The same can be said for a book publishing company — or a company that manufactures lawnmowers or fishing rods.

In the United States, they all enjoy a freedom of speech that Congress "shall make no law" that abridges it.

For Schumer, this principle, which the court upheld in Citizens United, is gravely wrong.

"Few decisions in the 200 and some odd years of this republic have threatened our democracy like Citizens United," Schumer said on Tuesday.

    More!
That's a pretty dimwitted take on Citizens United.

Six cops vs one lunatic and it still took 58 shots to put him down. But if it were just me facing six home invaders, democrats think 10 rounds(or less) is all I should be allowed to have.

El Paso Shooting Suspect’s Mom Called Police Weeks Before Attack

The El Paso shooting suspect’s mother reportedly called police weeks prior to the August 3, 2019, attack that killed 22 people.

CNN reports that the suspect’s mother “called the Allen, Texas, Police Department…because she was concerned about her son owning an ‘AK’ type firearm.” She expressed concern over her son being able to own the firearm, “given his age, maturity level and lack of experience handling such a firearm.”

The mother was told that her son, a 21-year-old, was legally of age to possess the firearm.

Attorney’s for the suspect’s family indicate the mother was not calling to report her son as a danger. Rather, they describe her call as an “informational” one in which she was trying to ascertain what was legal.

Family attorney Chris Ayres said of the shooting suspect, “This was not a volatile, explosive, erratic behaving kid. It’s not like alarm bells were going off.”

Democrat House Candidate: Calling Democrats “Clowns” Is White Supremacist Language

    Now ‘clown’ is racist.

Republican Dan Bishop is running ads in the North Carolina special election where he accuses liberal socialist Democrats of being “clowns.”

    It’s a great ad.

    It must be effective.

Democratic House candidate Dan McCready retweeted an article from far left Daily Kos that accuses his opponent of white supremacist language for calling liberal Democrats “clowns.

So now using the word “clown” is off limits.

    These people are insane!
