Gillibrand: Pro-Life People Are Ineligible to Be Judges

Reminding us, once again, how Democrats would outlaw anyone who disagrees with them.
    Via Free Beacon:

Democratic presidential candidate and senator Kirsten Gillibrand (N.Y.) said Thursday that individuals who are pro-life should not be judges.

“These are personal decisions. They are health care decisions. They are economic decisions. They are moral decisions. A woman has a right to make all those decisions,” Gillibrand said in an interview on New Hampshire Public Radio. “And if you are telling me today, that women in America don’t have that right. I think you are so backward-looking that those judges and justices are not the type of people we should be appointing because it is too backward-looking.”

Gillibrand sparked controversy this week when she compared pro-life beliefs to racism and suggested the pro-life viewpoint is “not acceptable” during an interview with the Des Moines Register.

“I think there’s some issues that have such moral clarity that we have as a society decided that the other side is not acceptable. Imagine saying that it’s okay to appoint a judge who’s racist or anti-Semitic or homophobic. Asking someone to appoint someone who takes away basic human rights of any group of people in America—I don’t think that those are political issues anymore,” Gillibrand said.

Bernie Plagiarizes Stalin With 'Economic Bill Of Rights'

2020 presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders - who thinks Americans would be "delighted" to pay more in taxes - touted his 'Economic Bill of Rights" during a Wednesday speech about Democratic Socialism.

Suggesting that he's destined to carry out FDR's "proposed economic bill of rights" which the former president was unable to enact due to an untimely death, Sanders pitched the crowd on "a 21st Century Economic Bill of Rights," as RedState's Elizabeth Vaughn reports.

Yet as political expert and radio host Mark Levin pointed out on Fox News's Hannity, Sanders has essentially plagiarized Joseph Stalin's 1936 Soviet constitution, and "stolen his agenda."

    RedState's Vaughn compares and contrasts:

Here is an excerpt from Sanders’ speech via RedState:

    ***

A Bill of Rights that establishes once and for all that every American, regardless of his or her income in entitled to:

    • The right to a decent job that pays a living wage
    • The right to quality health care
    • The right to a complete education
    • The right to affordable housing
    • The right to a clean environment
    • The right to a secure retirement

These six “rights,” which define Sanders’ platform, are indistinguishable from the rights identified in the 1936 Soviet Constitution, which is also known as the Stalin Constitution.

Please read Articles 118-122 of this constitution. (Source: Bucknell University)
    (Emphasis mine.)

ARTICLE 118. Citizens of the U.S.S.R. have the right to work, that is, are guaranteed the right to employment and payment for their work in accordance with its quantity and quality.

ARTICLE 119. Citizens of the U.S.S.R. have the right to rest and leisure. The right to rest and leisure is ensured by the reduction of the working day to seven hours for the overwhelming majority of the workers, the institution of annual vacations with full pay for workers and employees and the provision of a wide network of sanatoria, rest homes and clubs for the accommodation of the working people.

ARTICLE 120. Citizens of the U.S.S.R. have the right to maintenance in old age and also in case of sickness or loss of capacity to work. This right is ensured by the extensive development of social insurance of workers and employees at state expense, free medical service for the working people and the provision of a wide network of health resorts for the use of the working people.

ARTICLE 121. Citizens of the U.S.S.R. have the right to education. This right is ensured by universal, compulsory elementary education; by education, including higher education, being free of charge; by the system of state stipends for the overwhelming majority of students in the universities and colleges; by instruction in schools being conducted in the native language, and by the organization in the factories, state farms, machine and tractor stations and collective farms of free vocational, technical and agronomic training for the working people.

ARTICLE 122. Women in the U.S.S.R. are accorded equal rights with men in all spheres of economic, state, cultural, social and political life. The possibility of exercising these rights is ensured to women by granting them an equal right with men to work, payment for work, rest and leisure, social insurance and education, and by state protection of the interests of mother and child, prematernity and maternity leave with full pay, and the provision of a wide network of maternity homes, nurseries and kindergartens.

    ***

And as Vaughn notes - about the only thing Bernie didn't pluck from Stalin was the "right" to a clean environment, something humanity was far less concerned with in 1936.

Lindsey Graham Refuses to Delve into Historic Spygate Scandal: “Mueller is the Final Word for Me”

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee joined Judge Jeanine Pirro on Saturday night to discuss the ongoing Spygate scandal.

It is not clear that President Obama used his administration and all of the power of the US government to spy on candidate Trump and then his Transition Team during and after the 2016 election.

Since Graham took over the Judiciary committee he has held NO HEARINGS to get to the bottom of thee spygate scandal!

During the interview Lindsey Graham said Mueller is “well respected” and his report “is the final word for me.”

Senator Graham: The Mueller Report is the final word on Trump and all things Russia, not Nadler… Mueller is the final word for me. Everything the House is doing is politically motivated. And I think most Americans are ready to move on. To my Democratic colleagues in the House if you bring up impeachment after Mueller issued his report, based on the Mueller Report, then it’s going to blow up in your face. You’re hurting the country.

You’re unfair to the president and he’s going to get reelected.

House Republicans are reportedly outraged over Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham’s “showboating” since taking over the chairmanship from Senator Grassley.

According to Paul Sperry, Grassley was serious about getting to the bottom of Spygate when he was Chairman but Senator Graham (R-SC) is putting on a “charade” on Fox News for South Carolina voters and “not doing a f*cking thing,” according to investigative reporter.

On Father’s Day, Kamala Harris Compares Military Dads to Illegal Aliens and Criminals

Democratic Party presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris (CA) posted Father’s Day greetings to Twitter on Sunday comparing deployed military fathers who are away from their children on Father’s Day to illegal aliens and accused criminals.

Harris listed them in presumed order of dearness to her heart, putting US military dads third behind first-in-her heart illegal aliens and accused criminals who can’t make bail.

“Today I’m thinking of the fathers who can’t be with their children because they were ripped from their sons and daughters at the border. The fathers who can’t celebrate today because they can’t afford bail. The fathers who are deployed. Don’t forget them. #FathersDay”

    Your Democratic Party, America.

    Happy Father’s Day.

(Note: Harris posted Happy Father’s Day greetings to her husband, Douglas Emhoff, earlier Sunday.)

Africans coming across southern border have ‘rolls of $100 bills’

The “poor huddled masses” coming across the southern border may not be so poor after all

Swiss journalist Urs Gehriger recently visited African migrants who breached the border and hung out on the streets of San Antonio, Texas, waiting to go elsewhere in the country, and he met hostility from people who didn’t want to share details about their experiences, conflicted each other, and had rolls of $100 bills.

In a recording played on Fox News, Gehriger asks a migrant from Congo how she got to America.
    She refused to say.

“We are here now in the United States. Why do you ask about Ecuador?” a woman said, referring to the reported country they passed through.

As Gehriger continued to ask simple questions, he said they backtracked and “were not answering at all.”

“They wouldn’t tell me anything about how they got here, and then they started to get aggressive and they were contradicting each other,” he told Laura Ingraham.

“One said they ran through the forest, and another said no, there was no forest, and they were actually arguing among themselves,” Gehriger said.

He said they started to get “aggressive” after questions about money and help.

Gehriger believes the illegals were coached on giving answers to authorities.

“I had the impression that somebody told them not to speak about it,” and acting like “now we’re here, you have to help us, give us money.”

“What I found from an aid worker there, they actually do have money. Quite a few of them, because he spotted them under a tree, right in front of the shelter, counting a roll of money with hundred dollar bills,” Gehriger told Ingraham.

Hundreds of migrants Congo and Angola were transported to San Antonio the week before, and city officials say they received no warning from the feds that they were coming.

KENS published a story showing dozens of people milling around downtown, saying they arrived at the southern U.S. border by way of Ecuador.

All told, 350 Africans arrived that week.

City officials say CBP told them another 200-300 would be arriving later.

One migrant told reporter Jaleesa Irizarry via Google translate that he came to America “for security reasons” and once he made it, “with the help of the USA, I can get it back,” referring to his family that stayed behind.

A video from CBP shot last week shows group of illegals from Angola, Cameroon and Congo waded across the Rio Grande River and into the United States.

Male and female adults can be seen walking through the water and into Texas, several with children on their shoulders.

The attempted invasion occurred in late May, according to the agency.

The river — or “natural barrier” — was so shallow, the surface didn’t reach the adults’ waists.
