Migrant Teen Gives Birth In US Hospital After Climbing Border Wall

    She has her anchor.

    Via Daily Mail:

A 19-year-old Honduran woman who wanted to give birth to her second child in the United States had a son within 24 hours of climbing the border wall.

Maryury Elizabeth Serrano-Hernandez, 19, went into labor November 27, less than 24 hours after she climbed over the border fence in Tijuana with her husband, 20, and two-year-old son.

‘With the faith in God, I always said my son will be born there [in the United States] because he will be born there,’ Serrano-Hernandez told Univision.

She is believed to be the first member of the migrant caravan to give birth after crossing to the U.S. to seek asylum.
Serrano-Hernandez and her family were detained by agents from the Imperial Beach Station in San Diego County on November 26.

A spokesperson with the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agency told DailyMail.com: ‘The woman, who was eight months pregnant, began complaining of abdominal pain Tuesday and was immediately transported to a local hospital by Border Patrol agents.’

Her husband, Miguel Ortiz told Telemundo San Diego that immigration officials tried to place handcuffs on the mother while she rested on the hospital bed moments after she had been brought out of the operating room but nurses resisted the attempt.

Nurses also held a fundraising collection but once Serrano-Hernandez and her family returned to the detention center, their property was confiscated.

‘They got him pampers, wipes, clothing, a coat. All of that stuff,’ she said. ‘But they [the nurses] told me that they couldn’t confiscate the clothes and the pampers because that’s what a baby needs the most.’

The family of four was released from the immigration detention center on Sunday night and are being housed by a family before they can move to Columbus, Ohio where they will continue their asylum proceeding at a court.

    The Creepy Line

Google wouldn’t let John Stossel inform the young.

    Via Townhall:

This morning Google told me that it would not allow my YouTube video “Socialism Leads to Violence” to be viewed by young people. It violates “community guidelines,” said the company in a computer-generated email.

Anti-capitalist bias? Or just an algorithm shielding children from disturbing violence in Venezuela? I don’t know.

But a new documentary, “The Creepy Line,” argues that companies like Google and Facebook lean left and have power they shouldn’t have.

The title “Creepy Line” refers to a comment by former Google chairman Eric Schmidt, who said when it comes to issues like privacy, Google policy “is to get right up to the creepy line but not cross it.”

Migrant Beats Priest to Death with Metal Crucifix then Jams Umbrella Down his Throat

Lois Sindbad admitted this week to murdering Father Alain-Florent Gandoulou in Germany with a metal crucifix.

Sindbad then jammed an umbrella down the priest’s throat.

The killer says he is a Christian but also believes in witchcraft.

Father Alain-Florent Gandoulou was also from Africa.

    Voice of Europe reported:

Lois Sindbad a 27-year-old asylum seeker from Cameroon admitted to killing the 54-year-old pastor Alain-Florent Gandoulou, who was from the Congo himself during prayer in Berlin on 22 February.
At first he beat the man with a metal cross and moved on to shove an umbrella down his throat. The victim died due to serious head trauma.

The perpetrator entered Germany as a refugee in 2014 and claims to be a Christian but believes in witchcraft and ghosts. According to his story a ghost that had already possessed his brother, who also lives in Germany, supposedly had taken over his body.

Frightened by this he sought help from his victim. Allegedly the pastor did not defend himself but only called for help in German during the deadly assault.

    Oh gee...imagine that.

Federal Appeals Court Upholds New Jersey’s Law Limiting Gun Magazine Capacity

Opening the door to single shot guns.

    Via Washington Times:

The state law, passed earlier this year, permits no more than 10 rounds to be held within a firearm. It exempts active duty members of the military and the police, as well as retired law enforcement officers, permitting them to carry semi-automatic handguns that hold 15 rounds of ammunition.

“New Jersey’s law reasonably fits the state’s interest in public safety and does not unconstitutionally burden the Second Amendment’s right to self-defense in the home,” wrote 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Patty Shwartz, an Obama-appointee.

A group of gun rights advocates challenged the law and had sought an injunction, saying it banned a whole category of firearms.

But the court, in a 2-1 ruling, said that wasn’t true. Judge Shwartz said a limit on magazines, doesn’t take any guns out of Americans’ hands, and said it also doesn’t limit the number of rounds available. Someone could still purchase three 10-round magazines, giving them the equivalent of two now-banned 15-round magazines.

The court said New Jersey had a valid public safety interest that change.

“The record demonstrates that when there are pauses in shooting to reload or for other reasons, opportunities arise for victims to flee, as evidenced by the 2017 Las Vegas and 2013 D.C. Navy Yard shootings… or for bystanders to intervene, as in the 2018 Tennessee Waffle House shooting and 2011 Arizona shooting involving Representative Gabrielle Giffords,” the court ruled.

Judge Stephanos Bibas, a Trump appointee, dissented, saying the state didn’t meet its burden of proof to show the law was necessary.

LOL....what picture were you going to post?

These HiCap mag bans are BS, especially the reasoning for it. It takes about 1-2 seconds, or less for an experienced shooter to do a mag change. And if you run you only die tired. Quick, break out the hockey pucks!

I wasn't going to post any other picture than the one I did. I modified an existing picture I had that said supreme court and I crossed that out and scribbled in appeals so it would match the article.
